Description
本実施形態において、図1の(a)はタービン回転翼11の全体構成図、(b)はタービン回転翼11の先端部12の拡大図で、肉盛溶接のために先端部12の翼前縁13の一部が削り取られている。また、図1(c)は肉盛溶接後のタービン回転翼先端部12の模式図で、肉盛溶接部14が翼前縁13に形成されている。図2は肉盛溶接部14の部分拡大断面図で、タービン回転翼11の先端部12に硬質層15と中間層16が形成されている。
まず、肉盛溶接を実施する前に、タービン回転翼11の先端部12における翼有効部の70%高さ以上の翼前縁13の部位を約10mm以上削り取る(図1(b))。この切除した部位は、翼の周速が大きく、液滴による侵食を受けやすい部位である。
例えば、上記実施形態では、タービン翼を対象としているが、コルモノイとポンプ用インペラ等の他の部材の侵食対策用に用いることができる。
Claims (2)
- 腐食環境下で使用される析出強化型のステンレス鋼からなる蒸気タービン翼の肉盛溶接方法において、
前記蒸気タービン翼の腐食環境に晒される部位を除去し、前記除去した部位にHv.300以下のオーステナイト系のニッケル基合金からなる中間層を短絡移行ガスメタルアーク溶接により形成し、次にHv.400以上のステライトからなるソリッドワイヤを用いた短絡移行ガスメタルアーク溶接により硬質層を形成することを特徴とする肉盛溶接方法。 - 前記短絡移行ガスメタルアーク溶接を、溶接入熱量が3000J/cm以下、溶接量が20g/分以上でおこなうことを特徴とする請求項1記載の肉盛溶接方法。
