Claims (8)
- 삼산화황 증기와 접촉시켰을 때 표면이 술폰화될 수 있는 수지성 유기 중합체로 형성된 봉입부재의 내부 표면(당해 표면은 충분한 양의 기체상 삼산화황과 접촉하여 수지성 유기 중합체의 골격을 따라 술폰산 그룹을 형성한다)을 술폰화하는 방법에 있어서, 삼산화황의 고체 입자를 봉입 부재의 내부로 도입하고 삼산화황 입자가 봉입부재의 최소한 일부분의 내부 표면과 반응하기에 충분한 양의 기체상 삼산화황을 형성하도록 이를 가열하여 수지성 유기 중합체에 결합된 술폰산 그룹을 형성하는 단계를 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 술폰산 그룹을 형성한 다음, 가열에 의해 술폰산 그룹을 중화 할 수 있는 기체를 형성하는 고체 물질을 봉입부재의 내부로 도입하고, 이어서 이를 가열하여 술폰산 그룹을 중화시키는 기체를 형성하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 고체 중화물질이 가열에 의해 암모니아 증기를 형성하는 암모늄 화합물인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가열을 고주파로 수행하는 방법.
- 접착된 고체 삼산화황을 내부에 함유하는 입자 형태의 불활성 다공성 기질로 이루어진 복합물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 다공성 기질이 점토, 유리 또는 실리콘 중에서 선택된 무기질인 복합물.
- 봉입부재의 내부에 고체 삼산화황 입자를 넣고, 활성화에 필요한 고주파를 공급할 수 있으며, 봉입부재의 외부에 설치된 두개의 고주파 전극 사이에 봉입부재 및 삼산화황 입자를 두어 삼산화황 증기와 접촉시켰을 때 표면이 술폰화될 수 있는 수지성 유기 중합체로 형성된 봉입부재로 이루어진 제품.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 수지성 유기 중합체가 폴리올레핀이고 봉입부재가 가솔린을 담기 위해 고안된 용기인 제품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
