Claims (8)
- 지지면상에서, 통기성 시이트재의 적층물 주위의 하면을 포함한 대부분을 비통기성시이트에 의해서 덮고, 또한 상기 적층물의 적어도 한쪽면을 따라 지지면상에 배설한 흡기관의 흡기구를 적층물의 상기 측면과 대향시키고, 상기 비통기성 시이트에 의해서 상기 흡기관의 흡기구 주위부를 덮고, 상기 흡기관과 연통된 진공원에 의한 비통기성 시이트내로부터의 진공흡인에 의해서 상기 적층물을 압축하고, 상기 진공흡인상태에서 비통기성시이트와 적층물을 흡기관과 함께 상기 지지면과 평행한 이동 및 지지면상에서의 정지를 시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층시이트재의 진공압축방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비통기성시이트와 적층물은 손으로 잡고 흡기관과 함께 이동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층시이트재의 진공압축방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 비통기성시이트와 적층물은 적층물의 한쪽면을 따르는 흡기관의 길이방향과 직교하는 방향으로 상기 흡기관과 함께 이동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층시이트재의 진공압축방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 비통기성시이트와 적층물은 서로 직교하는 지지면상의 두방향으로 이동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층시이트재의 진공압축방법.
- 통기성 시이트재의 적층물을 지지하기 위한 지지면을 가진 지지대와, 상기 적층물의 주위의 하면을 포함한 대부분을 지난 비통기성시이트내로부터 흡기하기 위한 진공원을 갖추고, 상기 지지대 위에 적층물의 적어도 한쪽면에 따르는 흡기관을 배설하고, 흡기관에 적층물의 상기 측면과 대향하는 흡기구를 개구시켜서, 상기 흡기관을 상기 지지면과 평행이동 가능하게 지지부재에 의해서 지지하고, 상기 흡기관을 진공원에 접속한 것을 특징으로 하는 적층시이트재의 진공압축장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 흡기관은 가요성호오스를 통해서 진공원에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층시이트재의 진공압축장치.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 지지부재는 지지대에 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층시이트재의 진공압축장치.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 지지부재는 구동기구에 연결되고, 이 구동기구에 의해서 흡기관과 함께 적층물과 비통기성시이트를 이동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층시이트재의 진공압축장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
