Claims (8)

  1. 유기용매 속에서 일반식(II)의 화합물을 SO3또는 클로로설폰산과 반응시켜 일반식(I)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 유기용매로서 구조식(III)의 화합물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
    상기의 일반 식에서, R은 유기화합물의 래디칼이고, R1은 C1-C4알킬이며, R2는 수소, 메틸 또는 에틸이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(III)의 화합물 속에서 일반식(IV) 또는 일반식(V)을 SO3또는 클로로설폰산으로 처리하는 제조 방법.
    상기의 일반식에서, D는 설포함유 유기염료의 래디칼, 또는 디아조성분 또는 커플링성분의 래디칼이고, R3는 수소, C1-C4알킬 또는 -CH2-CH2OH이다.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, D가 모노아조, 폴리아조, 금속착아조, 안트라퀴논, 프탈로시아닌, 포르마잔, 아조메틴, 디옥사진, 펜아진, 스틸벤, 트리페닐메탄, 크산틴, 티오크산톤, 니트로아릴, 나프토퀴논, 피렌퀴논 또는 페리렌테트라카브아미드 계열의 설포함유 염료의 래디칼인 일반식(IV) 또는 일반식(V)의 화합물을 사용하는 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, D가 제3항에서 정의한 바와 같은 일반식(IV)의 화합물을 사용하는 제조방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 10 내지 120℃, 바람직하게는 20 내지 70℃에서 반응을 행하는 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 30 내지 50℃에서 반응을 행하는 제조방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일반식(II)의 화합물을 기준한 몰량의 1 내지 1.5배로 황산화제를 사용하는 제조방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용하는 일반식(III)의 유기용매가 N-에틸포름아닐리드, N-에틸-3-포름아닐리드 또는 특히 N-메틸포름아닐리드인 제조방법.
