Claims (12)

  1. a) 길이, 폭 및 두께를 갖는 흡수제 재료층, b) 상기 흡수제 재료층내에 분포된 초흡수제 재료입자, c) 상기 흡수제층의 두께의 적어도 일부를 통하여 초흡수제가 실질적으로 연속적인, 비단계성의 양의 농도구배가 형성하도록 배열시킨 상기 초흡수제 입자로 이루어진 것이 특징인 흡수제 제품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 초흡수제 입자가, 흡수제층의 특정의 두께층에서 측정할때, 흡수제층의 폭에 횡방향으로 실질적으로 균일하게 분포된 것이 특징인 제품.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 초흡수제 입자가 흡수제층의 특정의 두께에서 측정할 때, 흡수제층의 길이 방향으로 실질적으로 균일하게 분포된 것이 특정인 제품.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 초흡수제 농도구배가 흡수제층의 본체 측표면으로부터 떨어져 증가하는 거리에서 초흡수제 농도를 측정할 때 점차적으로 증가하는 것이 특징인 흡수제 제품.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 흡수제층의 본체 측표면에서의 초흡수제 농도가 흡수제층의 평균 초흡수제 농도보다 적고, 흡수제층의 외부 표면에서의 초흡수제 농도가 상기 평균 초흡수제 농도보다 큰 것이 특징인 흡수제 제품.
  6. 제1내지 5항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 흡수제층의 본체 측표면에 위치한 초흡수제 입자들이 평균적으로 흡수제층의 외부 표면에 위치한 초흡수제 입자들보다 입도가 더 큰 것이 특징인 흡수제 제품.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 초흡수제 농도가 흡수제층의 본체 측표면으로부터 흡수제층까지 측정되는 불연속 거리에 대하여 실질적으로 0인 것이 특징인 흡수제 제품.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 초흡수제 농도가 흡수제층의 의부 표면으로부터 흡수제층까지 측정되는 불연속 거리에 대하여 실질적으로 0인 것이 특징인 흡수제 제품.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 초흡수제 농도가 흡수제층의 두께를 통해서 일부 위치에 있어서 본체 측면 및 외부표면에서의 농도보다 더 큰 것이 특징인 흡수제 제품.
  10. 제7∼9항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 흡수제층의 본체 측표면 근저에 위치한 초흡수제 입자들이 평균적으로 흡수제층의 외부 표면 근처에 위치한 초흡수제 입자들보다 입도가 더 큰것이 특징인 흡수제 제품.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 흡수제층의 본체 측표면 근처에 있는 초흡수제 입자들의 입도가 약 300∼1,000μm인 것이 특징인 흡수제 제품.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 흡수제층의 외부 표면에 위치한 초흡수제 입자들의 입도가 약 300μm미만인 것이 특징인 흡수제 제품.
