제1도는 인접쌍이 서로 직각관계로 놓이는 방사상으로 연장된 위치에서 대각선으로 정렬된 지주와 그 단부캡을 실선으로 보여주는 동시에 반대쌍의 지주가 비방사상 예각 또는 둔각 관계로 놓이는 가상선 위치를 보여주는 본 발명에 따른 허브 및 지주-단부캡 조립체의 부분 평면도.
제2도는 일부를 제거한 확대부분 평면도.
제3도는 제2도와 동일한 규모의 부분 측면도.
제4도는 제2도의 4-4선 단면도.

Claims (10)

  1. 텐트용 허브 및 지주-단부캡 조립체에 있어서, 허브 부재(12)를 그의 중앙둘레에 둔각으로 일정간격이격된 관계로 배치되는 네개의 보올 수용 소켓(22)을 제공토록 형성시키되, 상기 각 소켓은 그 속에서 피벗운동하도록 보올을 수용지지 하도록 형성시키고, 상기 허브부재에는 각 소켓에 이르는 측부개방 채널 형성 통로를 형성시키고 상기 각 통로에는 서로에 대하여 예각을 이루면서 기대에서 한쌍의 교차하는 시이트(40 및 42)와 접하는 발산하는 측벽(34 및 36)을 형성시키고, 상기 시이트중 하나의 시이트(40)는 그의 보올수용 소켓으로부터 방사상 외방으로 연장시키는 한편 다른 하나의 시이트(42)는 상기 시이트(40)에 대하여 경사지게 하고, 인접쌍의 상기 통로에는 서로 인접한 방사상 시이트 또는 경사 시이트를 형성시키고, 네개의 지주-단부캡 부재(14)의 각각에는 그의 내측단부에 보올(24) 및 텐트 프레임 지주(18)의 내측단부를 수용토록 상기 보올로부터 외방으로 돌출하는 슬리이브(26)를 형성시키되, 상기 보올을 허브의 상기 보올수용소켓(22)에 착좌시 통로의 상기 시이트(40)에 착좌되는 제1위치와 경사 시이트(42)에 착좌되는 제2위치 사이로 제한된 좌우운동을 하도록 슬리이브를 절렬시키도록 형성시키고, 상기 허브부재(12)와 지주-단부캡 부재(14)는 정방형 프레임의 형성에 특히 적합합 조립체를 형성하도록 제1위치에 착좌되는 슬리이브와 조립관계로 서로 협동하도록 함은 물론 최소한 두개의 부등변을 갖는 사변 다각형 프레임을 형성하도록 제2위치에 착좌되는 상기 슬리이브와 협동하도록 구성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 허브 및 지주-단부캡 조립체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 쌍을 이룬 시이트를 원통형으로 오목하게 형성시키되, 원거리 지주단부가 프레임을 형성토록 상호 연결될시 고번위치중 한 위치에서 함께 결합되는 슬리이브를 캠 운동시키기에 효과적인 융기부(38)가 사이에 형성되도록 교차시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 허브 및 지주-단부캡 조립체.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 통로의 측벽(34 및 36)의 단부캡 슬리이브의 좌우운동을 제한하기에 효과적인 고정 받침대를 형성토록 구성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 허브 및 지주-단부캡 조립체.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 허브부재를, 보올 수용 소켓과 플레어드 통로를 형성토록 적층관계로 함께 고정시 서로 협동하는 기대(20B) 및 두껑 형성부재(20L)로 구성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 허브 및 지주-단부캡 조립체.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 허브부재에 통로(12)의 쌍을 이룬 시이트로부터 소켓의 반대측에 제3조의 시이트(44)를 형성시키되 상기 제3조의 시이트를 그 축이 서로 평행하게 놓이는 위치에서 단부캡 슬리이브(26)와 접촉하여 이를 유지시킬 수 있게 위치시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 허브 및 지주-단부캡 조립체.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 허브 부재(12)에, 허브부재를 텐트 프레임 외피에 부착시키기 위한 고정수단을 수용하기 위한 중앙 개구(30)를 형성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 허브 및 지주-단부캡 조립체.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 통로의 쌍을 이룬 시이트를 15˚이하의 각도로 교차시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 허브 및 지주-단부캡 조립체.
  8. 제3항에 있어서, 통로의 측면을 15˚이하의 각도로 발산시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 허브 및 지주-단부캡 조립체.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 통로의 쌍을 시이트를 10˚의 각도로 교차시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 허브 및 지주-단부캡 조립체.
  10. 제8항에 있어서 각 통로의 하나의 측벽을 허브 부재의 중앙으로부터 그의 일측까지 일정간격을 두고 슬리이브의 외측반경에 해당하는 거리로 연장된 사선에 대하여 평행관계로 위치시킨것을 특징으로 하는 허브 및 지주-단부캡 조립체.
