Claims (6)

1. 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 일반식 NR의 아민과 반응시키거나; 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 일반식(Ⅳ-1) 또는 (Ⅳ-2)의 산 또는 이의 반응성 유도체, 또는 일반식 (Ⅴ-1) 또는 (Ⅴ-2)의 이소시아네이트 또는 일반식 (Ⅵ-1) 또는 (Ⅵ-2)의 이미다졸리드와 반응시키거나; 일반식(Ⅶ)의 화합물을 C1-6-알킬 할라이드와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 글리세롤유도체 및 이의 수화물을 제조하는 방법.
상기식에서,
잔기 R¹, R²및 R³중의 하나는 일반식 OY¹또는 -X1-CO-(A¹)-Z¹의 그룹 U이고, 다른 하나의 잔기는 일반식 OY²또는 -X²-CO - (A²)P- Z²의 그룹 V이며, 나머지 잔기는 일반식 - X³T - (C2-6-알킬렌) - N+RA-의 그룹 W이고 ; X¹,X²및 X³중의 하나는 산소 또는 그룹 NQ¹이고 나머지 둘은 산소이며 ; Y¹은 C10-26 -알킬 또는 C10-26-알케닐이고 ; Y²는 C1-6-알킬, C2-6-알케닐, C2-6-사이클로알킬, C3-6-사이클로알케닐, 페닐, 벤질 또는 2-테트라하이드로피라닐이며 ; A¹및 A²는 산소 또는 그룹 NQ²이고 ; n 및 p는 각기 독립적으로 1 또는 0의 수이며 ; Z¹은C9-25-알킬 또는 C9-25-알케닐이고 ; Z²는 C1-5-알킬, C2-5-알케닐 또는 페닐을 나타내거나, A²가 산소가 아닐 경우에, Z²는 또한 수소를 나타내며 ; T는 카보닐, COO 또는 CONQ³를 나타내거나, X³가 산소일 경우에, T는 또한 메틸렌을 나타내고 ; Q¹, Q²및 Q³는 각기 독립적으로 수소, C1-4-알킬, C3-6-사이클로알킬 또는 페닐이며 ; A-는 강산의 음이온이고 ; -N+R은 그룹-N+(Y³,Y⁴,Y )이거나, X¹,X²,X³,A¹,A²및 T중의 적어도 하나가 치환된 N-원자를 함유할 경우에-N+R은 또한 임으로 추가의 헤테로원자 O,S 또는 N를 함유하고, 임의로 융합된 벤젠을 함유하며, 임의로 탄소수 4까지의 알킬 또는 알콕시, 하이드록시, 니트로, 카바모일 또는 우레이도에 의해 일치환되는, 4급 질소에 부착된 5-또는 6- 원의 방향족 그룹을 나타내며; Y³및 Y⁴는 각기 독립적으로 C1-6-알킬을 나타내거나, Y³및 Y⁴가 함께는 C3-6-알킬렌이며; Y5는 C1-6-알킬이고; 단, R¹이 그룹 OY¹또는 OY²이고 동시에 R³가 그룹 W(여기서 X³. 산소이고 T는 메틸렌 또는 카보닐이다)일 경우에, R²는 그룹 OCOO 또는 치환된 N-원자를 함유하며; 잔기 R⁴, R5및 R6는 각기 독립적으로 잔기 R¹, R², 및 R³에서 정의한 바와 같으나, 단, 그룹 W에서 잔기 - N+RA-대신에 이탈그룹이 존재하고; 잔기 R7, R8및 R9는 각기 독립적으로잔기 R¹, R² 및 R³에서 정의한 바와 같으나, 단 그룹 U 및 V 중의 하나 대신에 하이드록시 그룹 또는 아미노 그룹이 존재하며; R01, R02및 R03는 각기 독립적으로 잔기 R¹, R²및 R³에서 정의한 바와 같으나, 단, 그룹 W에서 그룹 - N+RA-대신에 그룹 - N(Y³ Y⁴)이 존재한다.
제1항에 있어서, R¹이 그룹 U이고, R²가 그룹 V이며 R³가 그룹 W인 방법.
제1 또는 2항에 있어서, R¹이 옥타데카노일시, 옥타데실카바모일옥시, 옥타데실옥시, 옥타데실옥시포아미도, N-이소프로필옥타데실옥시포름아미도 또는 1-이소프로필-3-옥타데실우레이동도인 방법.
제1항에 있어서, R²가 아세트아미도, 메톡시포름아미도, 메톡시, 메틸카바모일옥시 또는 메톡시카보닐옥시인 방법.
제1항에 있어서, R³가 [4-(트리메틸암모니오)-n-부티릴옥시]클로라이드, [2-(1-메틸피레리디니오)-에톡시카보닐옥시]클로라이드, [4-(3-티아졸리오)-n-부톡시]-브로마이드, [4-(트리메틸암모니오)-n-부톡시] 브로마이드 또는 [4-(3-메틸이미다졸리오)-n-부톡시] 브로마이드인 방법.
제1항에 있어서, R¹이 옥타데카노일옥시, 옥타데실카바모일옥시, 옥타데실옥시, 옥타데실옥시포름아미도, N-이소프로필옥타데실포름아미도 또는 1-이소프로필-3-옥타데실우레이도이고 ; R²가 아세트아미도, 메톡시포름아미도, 메톡시, 메틸카바모일옥시 또는 메톡시카보닐옥시이며 ; R³는 [4-(트리메틸암모니오)-n-부티릴옥시]클로라이드, [2-(1-메틸피페리띠니오)에톡시카보닐옥시]클로라이드, [4-(3-티아졸리오-n-부톡시]브로마이드, [4-(트리메틸암모니오)-n-부톡시]브로마이드 또는 [4-(3-메틸이미다졸리오_-n-부톡시]브로마이드인 방법.
