광물섬유 표피의 제조방법 및 이의장치

제1도는 본 발명에 있어서 권취장치를 포함하는 분리된 표피의 제조장치의 간략한 단면도.
제2도는 사출위치인 권취장치의 단면도.
제3도는 보조 역회전 로울러가 이그러진 위치일때 주 역회전 로울러를 포함한 제2도의 권취장치를 나타낸 단면도.
제4도는 주 역회전 로울러와 보조 역회전 로울러를 포함한 제2도의 권취장치를 나타낸 단면도.

Claims (13)

  1. 권취되는 동안 접촉에 의하여 굳게 되는 내면의 온도인 가열된 회전물림장치 주위에서 중합되지 않은 상태에서 탄성을 부여한 광물섬유 펠트를 권취하여 얻어진 탄성과 권취의 모든 과정 동안 표피 외면에 접촉해 있는 주 역회전 로울러에 의해 구성된 압력장치의 수단으로 제조된 표피상에 압력을 가하여 얻어진 탄성에 의해 굳어지는 광물섬유로 구성되고, 보조압력장치를 표피외면에 접촉시킬 때 제조과정에서 표피 외경은 정해진 값으로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리된 표피의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 보조압력수단이 주 역회전 로울러의 속도와 동일한 간격의 순간속도인 물림장치 측으로부터 역회전로울러가 멀어짐으로 인하여 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 펠트의 권취가 거의 일정한 접선속도로 이행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 권취초기의 물림장치 회전속도가 V1=Va/πdm이고, 권취말기의 회전속도가 V2=Va/πde(이때 Va는 펠트의 공급속도, dm은 물림장치의 직경, de는 최종 권취 후의 표피외경)과 같도록 가열된 물림장치의 속도를 선상으로 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 주 역회전 로울러와 경우에 따라서 보조 역회전 로울러에 의해 가해지는 압력이 권취가 진행됨에 따라 증가됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 역회전 로울러에 의해 가해지는 압력의 증기는 역회전 로울러의 분리속도의 일정한 감속에 의해 얻어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 역회전 로울러의 분리속도 V는 t=te,이고, V는 직선의 각도가(이때 dm은 물림장치의 외경, de는 최종 권취후의 표피 외경, te는 권취시간)인 시간의 함수임을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 역회전 로울러의 분리속도 V는 t=te,이고, V'는 직선의 각도(이때 dm은 물림장치의 외경, de는 최종 권취후의 표피 외경, te는 권취시간)인 시간의 함수임을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 연합하여 회전하는 2개의 반물림장치와 전기저항장치와 회전연동장치를 지닌 역회전 로울러(15),(15'),(15"),(16),(16'),(16")와 물림장치 축에 의해 역회전 로울러의 회전을 확실하게 하는 장치로 구성된 회전물림장치를 지지해주는 틀을 포함하며, 2개의 보조 역회전 로울러 상의 역회전 로울러가 이그러짐을 가능케하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 분리된 표피의 제조장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 연접유압 재크(21)를 포함하는 보조 역회전 로울러(15),(15'),(15"),(16),(16'),(16")와 주 역회전 로울러의 물림장치 축, 그리고 이 운동(22),(23),(24),(25)의 전달방법의 관계에 의해 분리 또는 접근운동을 확실하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  11. 제9항 또는 10항에 있어서, 보조 역회전 로울러를 이그러지게 하는 것은 받침판(17),(17'),(17")상에 이그러지지 않은 주 역회전 로울러를 설치하고, 그 위에 단단하게 고정된 유압재크(28),(28'),(28")로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  12. 제9 내지 10항에 있어서, 주 역회전 로울러와 보조 역회전 로울러가 회전을 유도하는 각각의 유압모우터장치로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  13. 제9 내지 12항에 있어서, 보조 역회전 로울러가 주 역회전 로울러보다 큰 직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
