제2도는 본 발명의 미소구를 포함하는 셀형태의 역반사성 시이팅 제조에 있어 장치와 시이트를 확대한 계통단면도이며;
제6도는 본 발명의 역반사성 시이팅에서 사용된 카버필름을 확대한 단면도이다.

Claims (11)

1) 베이스 시이트 한쪽 면위에 역반사성 엘리먼트 층을 갖는 베이스 시이트와 ;
2)역반사성 엘리먼트층의 공간에 배치된 중합성 카버 필름과 :
3) 베이스 시이트와 카버 필름을 점착시켜 역반사성 엘리먼트가 밀폐된 다수의 셀을 형성하기 위한 카버 필름과 베이스 시이트와의 교차 결합 네트워크 등을 포함하는 역반사성 시이팅에 있어서, 카버필름은 연속중합상과 불연속중합상을 포함하며, 불연속상이 필름내에 일정하게 분포된 미소한 디스크 형태로 필름이 양축으로 팽창되는 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사성 시이팅.
제1항에 있어서, 카버 필름은 불연속상이 일차 중합성물질이고 연속상이 일차 중합물질 존재하에 중합된 단단한 이차 중합물질을 포함하는 다중상 혼합중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사성 시이팅.
제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 불연속상은 연속상의 중합체보다 더 낮은 유리전이온도를 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사성 시이팅.
제1항,2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 불연속상은 가교된 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사성 시이팅.
제1항-4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 역반사성 엘티먼트는 투명 미소구인 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사성 시이팅.
제1항-4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 역반사성 엘리먼트는 큐브-코너화된 역반사성 엘리먼인 것을 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사성 시이팅.
제1항-6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 불연속상은 아크릴 성분인 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사성 시이팅.
제1항-7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 연속상은 아크릴 성분인 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사성 시이팅.
1) 베이스 시이트 한쪽면 위에 역반사성 엘리먼트층을 갖는 베이스 시이트와 ;
2) 역반사성 엘리먼트층의 공간에 배치된 중합성 카버 필름과 ;
3) 베이스 시이트와 카버 필름을 점착시켜 역반사성 엘리먼트가 밀폐된 다수의 셀을 형성하기 위한 카버 필름과 베이스 시이트와의 교차결합 네트워크등을 포함하는 역반사성에 있어서 카버필름은 가교된 탄성체인 불연속상과 탄성상 존재하에 중합하된 더 단단한 열가소성 연속상을 포함하는 다중상 혼합 중합체로서 필름은 탄성상이 필름속에 일정하게 분포된 미소한 디스크 형태로 양축으로 팽창되는 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사성 시이팅.
제9항에 있어서, 탄성상은 알킬 또는 알알킬 아크릴레이트이며, 열가소성상은 알킬 또는 알알킬 메타이크릴레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사성 시이팅.
제1항-10항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 디스크는 200나노미터 이하의 평균직경을 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사성 시이팅.
