Claims (6)

  1. (A) (1)일반식 HO(R2SiO)xH〔여기서, R은 각각 메틸, 에틸, 프로틸, 페닐, 비닐, 알릴 및 3,3,3-트리플루로프로필중에서 선택된 라디칼이고, x는 평균 3내지 100이다〕의 폴리디오가노실록산 100중량부, (2) 물중 산성졸로서 존재하는 콜로이드성 실리카 5내지 50중량부, (3) 평균직경 0.3내지 0.4마이크로미터의 유액 미립을 제공하기에 충분한 음이온성 유화체, 및 (4) 필요시, 50내지 80중량%의 비-휘발성분 함량을 제공하기 위한 추가의 물로 주로 조성된 혼합물을 균질화하여 유액을 제조하고; (B) 상기 제조된 유액에, 폴리디오가노실록산 kg당 15내지 100밀리몰의 계면 활성 음이온성 촉매를 혼합시키고; (C) 상기 촉매 처리된 유액을, 목적하는 분자량의 폴리디오가노실록산이 수득될 때까지 pH5미만에서 5시간 이상동안 15°내지 30℃의 온도로 유지시키고; (D) 유액의 pH를 7이상으로 상승시키기에 충분한 염기를 혼합시켜, 콜로이드성 실리카로 보강된, 비-휘발성분 함량 50내지 80중량% 및 분자량 5000이상의 폴리디오가노실록산을 함유하는 안정성 유액을 수득함을 특징으로하여, 분자량 5000이상의 보강 폴리디오가노실록산 수성유액을 제조하는 방법.
  2. (E) (5) 0.1내지 2중량부의 디오가노틴카복실레이드를 제1항의 방법으로 제조된 안정성 유액에 혼합시키고; (F) 상기 수득된 혼합물을 15°내지 30℃에서 6일 이상 숙성시킴으로써, 실온에서의 수-제거에 의해 탄성체로 경화되는 라텍스를 수득함을 특징으로 하여, 보강 폴리디오가노실록산의 경화성 수성라텍스를 제조하는 방법.
  3. (C) (5) 0.1내지 2중량부의 디오가노틴지카복실레이트 및 (6) 1내지 10중량의 일반식 Si(OR')4〔 여기서, R'는 탄소수 1내지 4의 저급알킬 라디칼이다〕의 알킬오르토실리케이트를, 제1항의 방법으로 제조된 안정성 유액에 혼합함으로써, 실온에서의 수-제거에 의해 탄성체로 경하하는 라텍스를 수득함을 특징으로 하여, 보강 폴리디오가노실록산의 경화성 수성 라텍스를 제조하는 방법.
  4. 제1항의 방법으로 제조된 수성유액.
  5. 제2항의 방법으로 제조된 경화성 수성 라텍스.
  6. 제3항의 방법으로 제조된 경화성 수성 라텍스.
