Claims (19)
- 열융합성 중합체, 보강 섬유 및 결합제로 이루어진 조밀화 섬유-보강 복합 시이트를 조절된 온도로 가열하여 시이트를 팽창시킴으로써 제조된, 조절된 다공성을 갖는 다공성 여과재를 통해 여과가능한 물질을 함유하는 유체를 통과시켜 유체를 여과하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열융합성 중합체는 폴리올레핀, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 및 결정성 폴리프로필렌 중에서 선택되고, 보강섬유는 길이가 3 내지 25mm이고 가로 세로비가 40 이상인 유리섬유인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 가열단계를 열이 조밀화 시이트의 적어도 하나의 주표면에 가해지도록 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 가열단계를 시이트가 균일하게 팽창되도록 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가열한 후에 팽창된 시이트를 재압축하여 목적하는 다공성을 얻는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 5항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 팽창된 시이트의 제조단계에, 조밀한 시이트를 여러 가지 다공성을 갖는 예정된 형태로 열성형시키는 추가단계가 포함되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가열단계를 원래의 조밀화 부피를 기준으로 하여 공극부피가 20 내지 90%인 다공성을 갖는 팽창된 시이트를 형성시키기에 충분한 시간 및 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
- 열융합성 중합체, 보강섬유 및 결합제로 이루어지며, 공극부피가 조밀화 섬유-보강 복합 시이트 부피의 20 내지 90%인 조절된 다공성을 갖는 팽창된 섬유-보강 복합 시이트 및 개스 또는 액체 식별 특성을 갖는, 팽창된 시이트의 적어도 하나의 주표면상의 중합체 막층으로 구성되는 복합막 구조물.
- 제8항에 있어서 열융합성 중합체가 폴리올레핀으로부터 선택되는 막 구조물.
- 제8항 또는 9항에 있어서, 팽창된 시이트가 시이트의 두께에 대해 확장된 다양한 다공성 구배를 갖는 막 구조물.
- 제8항, 9항 또는 10항에 있어서, 열융합성 중합체가 폴리페닐렌 설파이드, 폴리아릴렌옥사이드, 폴리아릴렌 에테르, 에테르 케톤 및 폴리아미드 중에서 선택되는 막 구조물.
- 제8항 내지 11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 막과 다공성 시이트 사이에 위치하는 다공성 또는 투과성 층을 포함하는 막 구조물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 투과성 층이 4-메틸-1-펜텐 중합체, 셀룰로오즈 에스테르 및/또는 에테르, 폴리디알킬실록산, 실리콘 공중합체 및 치환된 폴리아세틸렌 중에서 선택되는 막 구조물.
- 제8항 내지 13항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 막이 셀룰로오즈 에테르, 방향족 폴리아미드, 4-메틸-1-펜텐, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리설폰, 폴리에테르설폰, 폴리페닐렌 옥사이드, 폴리디알킬실록산 및 실리콘 공중합체 및 치환된 폴리아세틸렌 중에서 선택되는 막 구조물.
- 제8항 내지 13항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 막이 약간 가교 결합된 수-팽윤성 중합체 및 높은 수 투과성을 갖는 비닐 알코올 중합체로부터 선택되는 막 구조물.
- 섬유-보강 복합 시이트의 적어도 하나의 주 표면상에 막을 형성시키고, 섬유-보강 복합 시이트에 조절된 양의 열을 가하여 조절된 다공성을 갖는 팽창된 시이트를 형성시키는 단계로 이루어지며, 여기에서 시이트의 가열단계는 시이트의 적어도 하나의 주표면에 막을 적용시키기 전이나 후에 수행함을 특징으로 하여, 제8항 내지 15항 중의 어느 하나에서 청구된 막 구조물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 섬유-보강 복합 시이트 상에 다공성 또는 투과성 중합체층를 적용시켜 막이 그위에 형성되는 평활 표면을 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제16항 또는 17항에 있어서, 가열 처리 단계를 섬유-보강 복합 시이트의 적어도 하나의 주표면에 열을 가함으로서 시이트중에 다양한 다공성 구배가 형성되도록 수행하는 방법.
- 제16항 또는 17항에 있어서, 가열 처리단계를 섬유-보강 복합 시이트가 팽창되어 균일한 다공성을 갖는 시이트를 형성하도록 수행하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
