Claims (5)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을, 임의로 불활성 용매의 존재하에서, 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물과 반응시키거나 ; 2-니트로메틸렌 테트라하이드로피리미딘을, 필요한 경우 불활성 용매의 존재하 및/또는 산결합제의 존재하에서, 하기일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 니트로메틸렌-테트라하이드로피리미딘을 제조하는 방법.
    (Ⅳ)
    상기식에서, R은 알킬그룹, 알콕시그룹, 알킬티오그룹, 니트로그룹, 시아노그룹, 할로겐-치환된 알킬그룹, 할로겐-치환된 알콕시그룹, 할로겐-치환된 알킬티오그룹, 아미노그룹, 디알킬아미노그룹, 아실아미노그룹, 카복실 그룹, 알콕시카보닐그룹, 알킬설피닐그룹, 알킬설포닐그룹 또는 할로겐 원자를 나타내고 ; n은 1,2 또는 3을 나타내는데, 단 n이 1인 경우, R은 할로겐원자를 나타내지 않으며 ; R'는 저급알킬그룹 또는 벤질그룹을 나타내거나, 2개의 R'그룹이 함께는 적어도 2개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 저급알킬렌그룹을 나타내거나, 인접한 황원자와 함께 환을 형성할 수 있으며 ; Hal은 하로겐원자이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R이 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬그룹, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알콕시그룹, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬티오그룹, 니트로그룹, 시아노그룹, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 할로겐-치환된 알킬그룹, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 할로겐-치환된 알콕시그룹, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 할로겐-치환된 알킬티오그룹, 아미노그룹, 각 알킬 부분의 탄소수가 1 내지 4인 디알킬아미노그룹, 아세틸아미노그룹, 카복실그룹, 탄소수 2 내지 5의 알콕시카보닐그룹, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬설피닐그룹, 또는 할로겐 원자이고, n은 1 또는 2이며, 단 n이 1인 경우, R은 할로겐 원자를 나타내지 않는 일반식(Ⅰ) 화합물의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, R이 메틸, 에틸, 메톡시, 에톡시, 메틸티오, 에틸티오, 니트로, 시아노, 트리플루오로메틸, 트리플루오로메톡시, 트리플루오로메틸티오, 2,2,2-트리플루오로에틸티오, 아미노, 디메틸아미노, 아세틸아미노, 카복시, 메톡시카보닐, 메틸설피닐, 메틸설포닐, 플루오르, 클로로 또는 브로모를 나타내고, n은 1 또는 2이며, 단 n이 1인 경우, R은 플루오로, 클로로 또는 브로모를 나타내지 않는 일반식(Ⅰ) 화합물의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 하기 구조식의 1-(4-트리플루오로메틸벤질)-2(니트로메틸렌)테트라하이드로피리미딘을 제조하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 하기 구조식의 1-(4-니트로벤질)-2-(니트로메틸렌)테세라하이드로피리미딘을 제조하는 방법.
