제 2 도는 Tb21Fe60-xCo19Rx 비정질막(R=Nb, Ta, Rh, Er ,Ho)으로 첨가량 Rx를 변화 시켰을대의 결정화 온도 Tx, 카회전 θK각의 변화를 도시한 도면,
제 3 도는 Tb-Fe-Co 계 비정질막의 반사율 R의 경시 변화를 도시한 도면.

Claims (26)

  1. 소정의 기판과, 그 기판위에 형성된 희토류-철족계 비정질막을 가지고, 그 비정질막은, Er, Ho, Nb, Ta, Rh, W로 되는 무리에서 선택된 적어도 한가지의 원소를 0.5원자 퍼센트 이상 포함하는 광자기 기록매체.
  2. 특허청구의 범위 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 첨가 원소는 10원자 퍼센트 이하인 광자기 기록매체.
  3. 특허청구의 범위 제 2 항에 있어서, 희토류-철족계 비정질막은, Er, Ho, Nb, Ta, Rh, W으로 되는 무리에서 선택된 적어도 한가지의 원소를 0.5% 이상 10% 원자%이하를 포함하는 Fe계 합금과,
    Er, Ta, W으로 되는 무리에서 선택된 적어도 한가지의 원소를 0.5원자%이상 10원자%이하를 포함하는 Co계 합금과,
    Er, Ta, W으로 되는 무리에서 선택된 적어도 한가지의 원소를 0.5원자%이상 10원자%이하 포함하고, 철족 원소가(Fe0.5Co0.5)의 비율로 되는 합금의 무리에서 선택된 광자기 기록매체.
  4. 특허청구의 범위 제 1 항에 있어서, 희토류-철족계 비정질막은 Fe계 합금으로 되는 광자기 기록매체.
  5. 특허청구의 범위 제 2 항에 있어서, 희토류-철족계 비정질막은 Fe 계합금인 광자기 기록매체.
  6. 특허청구의 범위 제 1 항에 있어서, 희토류-철족계 비정질막은 Co 계합금인 광자기 기록매체.
  7. 특허청구의 범위 제 2 항에 있어서, 희토류-철족계 비정질막은 Co 계합금으로 되는 광자기 기록매체.
  8. 특허청구의 범위 제 1 항에 있어서, 희토류-철족계 비정질막은 Tb-Fe-Co 계합금으로 되는 광자기 기록매체.
  9. 특허청구의 범위 제 2 항에 있어서, 희토류-철족계 비정질막은 Tb-Fe-Co 계합금으로 되는 광자기 기록매체.
  10. 특허청구의 범위 제 1 항에 있어서, 비정질막 위에 보호막을 마련한 광자기 기록매체.
  11. 특허청구의 범위 제 2 항에 있어서, 비정질막 위에 보호막을 마련한 광자기 기록매체.
  12. 특허청구의 범위 제 1 항에 있어서, 기판과 비정질막과의 사이에 간섭막을 형성한 광자기 기록매체.
  13. 특허청구의 범위 제 2 항에 있어서, 기판과 비정질막과의 사이에 간섭막을 형성한 광자기 기록매체.
  14. 소정의 기판과, 그 기판위에 형성된 희토류-철족계 비정질막을 가지고, 그 비정질막은, Nb, Ta, Rh, W로 되는 무리에서 선택된 적어도 한가지의 원소를 0.5원자 퍼센트 이상 포함하는 광자기 기록매체.
  15. 특허청구의 범위 제14항에 있어서, 상기 첨가 원소는 10원자 퍼센트 이하인 광자기 기록매체.
  16. 특허청구의 범위 제14항에 있어서, 상기 첨가 원소는 4∼8원자 퍼센트인 광자기 기록매체.
  17. 특허청구의 범위 제14항에 있어서, 상기 희토류-철족계 비정질막은 Fe 계합금으로 되는 광자기 기록매체.
  18. 특허청구의 범위 제15항에 있어서, 희토류-철족계 비정질막은 Fe 계합금으로 되는 광자기 기록매체.
  19. 특허청구의 범위 제14항에 있어서, 희토류-철족계 비정질막은 Co 계합금인 광자기 기록매체.
  20. 특허청구의 범위 제15항에 있어서, 희토류-철족계 비정질막은 Co 계합금으로 되는 광자기 기록매체.
