Claims (5)

  1. Tb, Dy및 Gd로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 전이 금속 원소를 포함하고 Fe 및 Co로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 전이 금속 원소를 포함하는 희토류 전이 금속 비결정질 필름 형태로서 두께가 1nm이상 20nm이하인 제1자기층과, Nd 및 Pr로 구성된 구룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 희토류 원소를 포함하고 Fe 및 Co로 구성된 구룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 전이 금속 원소를 포함하는 희토류 전이 금속 비결정질 필름이나 Fe및 Co로 구성된 구룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 원소를 포함하는 결정질 필름 형태로서 두께가 1nm이상 20nm이하인 제2자기층과, Tb, Dy 및 Gd로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 희토류 원소를 포함하고 Fe 및 Co로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 전이 금속 원소를 포함하는 희토류 전이 금속 비결정질 필름형태로서 두께가 2nm이상인 3자기층을 가지며, 상기 자기층들은 제1층이 광에 의해 첫번재로 투과되도록 연속해서 얇게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기-광 매체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2층은 화학식(Al-Ba)x(Fel-bCob)yTz으로 나타내며, 여기서 A는 Nd 및 Pr로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 원소이며, B는 Tb, Dy및 Gd로 구성된 구룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 원소이며, T 는 내식성을 향상시키도록 전이 금속의 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 원소이며, 0a0.9, 0b1, 0x40, 0x10, x+y+z=100 인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기-광 매체.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2자기층은 TbFeCo필름, GdTbFeCo필름, DyTbFeCo필름, DyFeCo필름 또는 DyGdFeCo필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기-광 매체.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1및 제3자기층은 내식성을 향상시키도록 전이 금속의 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 원소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기-광 매체.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 내식성을 향상시키기 위한 전이 금속의 그룹은 Ti, Zr, V, Nb, Ta, Cr, Mo, W, Pd, Pt, Au및 Al로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기-광 매체.
