Claims (5)
- 밸브 케이싱과, 구부려진 제1의 극을 구비한 제1자극편과, 상기 제1의 극에 정합되어 있고 구부려진 제2의 극을 구비한 제2자극편과, 제1자극편에 얹혀진 제1자기코일과, 제2자극편에 얹혀진 제1자기 코일과, 양자극편의 사이에 배치된 제1영구자석과, 폐쇄단부에 작용하는 접극자를 가지는 형식의 전자조작되는 연료분사밸브에 있어서, 자극편(14, 15)의 극(16, 17)이 기초판(12)의 하나의 절결부(13)내에 돌입하고 있고, 또 기초판(12)으로부터 출발하여 자극편(14, 15) 및 자기코일(8, 9)이 플라스틱 케이스(26)에 의해 둘러싸여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자조작되는 연료분사밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기초판(12) 및 플라스틱 케이스(26)가 원주면에, 적어도 하나의 축방향으로 연장하는 오목부(27)를 구비하고 있는 것이 특징인 연료분사밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1영구자석(19)이 기초판(12)내에 연장하는 극(16, 17)의 사이에 배치되어 있고, 더우기 자극편(14, 15)의 극(16, 17)과는 반대측 단부의 사이에 제2영구자석(23)이 배치되어 있는 것이 특징인 연료분사밸브.
- 제3항에 있어서, 자극편(14, 15)의 극(16, 17)은 반대측의 단부에 각각 하나의 자기 전도체(20, 21)가 배치되어 있고, 상기 자기 전도체(20, 21)가 서로 마주보고 있고 또 공기갭(22)을 둘러싸고 있으며, 더우기 자기 전도체(20, 21)의 사이에 제2영구자석(23)이 위치하고 있는 것이 특징인 연료분사밸브.
- 밸브 케이싱과, 구부려진 제1의 극을 구비한 제1자극편과, 상기 제1의 극에 정합되어 있고 구부려진 제2의 극을 구비한 제2자극편과, 제1자극편에 얹혀진 제1자기 코일과, 제2자극편에 얹혀진 제2자기코일과, 양자극편 사이에 배치된 제1영구자석과, 폐쇄부재에 작용하는 접극자를 가지는 형식의 전자조작되는 연료분사밸브의 제조법에 있어서, 제1단계에서 2개의 자기코일(8, 9)을 제조하고, 이 경우 2개의 코일체(1, 2)에 각각 1개의 코일권선(4, 5)을 같은 방향으로 감고, 상기 코일권선(4, 5)을 전기적으로 직렬로 접속하고 또 핀접점(6, 7)에 의해 접속하고, 이어서 제2단계에서 기초판(22)의 절결부(13)내에 구부려진 제1의 극(16)을 가지는 제1자극편(14)과, 구부려져 있고 또 상기 제1의 극(16)에 서로 마주보는 제2의 극(17)을 가지는 제2의 자극편(15)을 끼우고, 제3단계에서 제1의 극(16)과 제2의 극(17)과는 사이에 제1영구자석(19)을 끼우고, 제4단계에서 각각의 자극편(14, 15)에 각각 1개의 자기 코일(8, 9)을 끼우고, 제5단계에서 상기 자극편(14, 15)의 기초판(12)과는 반대인 단부사이에 제2영구자석(23)을 끼우며, 제6단계에서 자기코일(8, 9)및 자극편(14, 15)의 둘레를 기초판(12)에 이어서 플라스틱 케이스(26)에 의해 사출성형하고, 제7단계에서 연료접속관편(30)과, 핀접점(6, 7)과 접촉하는 전기적인 삽입 접속부재(31)를 가지는 덮개(29)를, 기초판(12)과는 반대인 측에서 플라스틱 케이스(26)상에 얹어두고, 제8단계에서 덮개(29)를 가지는 플라스틱 케이스(26)를 밸브 케이싱(33)의 케이싱 내부구멍(32)내의 한쪽에 끼우고 또 상기 케이싱 내부구멍(32)내에 밀봉하여 고정하고, 제9단계에서 케이싱 내부구멍(32)내의 다른쪽에 밸브 시트체(38), 폐쇄체(49) 및 접극자(48)를 가지는 미리 조립된 밸브그룹(37)을 끼우고 또 상기 케이싱 내부구멍내에 밀봉하여 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자조작되는 연료 분사밸브의 제조법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
