제1도는 본 발명에 따른 그리퍼(gripper) 기구의 부분사시도. 제2도는 그리퍼 기구의 그리퍼봉의 상방이동 초기에 있어서의 그리퍼 기구와 절단기구의 측단면도. 제3도는 필름의 이면이 그리퍼봉에 의해 유지되고 그리퍼봉의 하방 이동이 시작되는 위치에 있는 상승된 그리퍼 봉을 구비한 것으로서, 제2도와 유사한 측단면도.

Claims (7)
- 베이스에 적층되고 각 경우 절단기구가 주어진 길이로 자르는 막의 유지 및 이송을 위해 가동 그리퍼봉을 구비한 적층장치의 그리퍼 기구에 있어서, 그리퍼 기구(1)는 그리퍼기구의 횡지주(13)를 따라 수평으로 변위할 수 있고 고정될 수 있는 적어도 2개의 진공그리퍼(8,8)를 가지며, 그리퍼 기구(1)는 수직 안내봉(5,5)을 따라 상하로 움직일 수 있고, 횡지주(13)위에 있고 횡지주의 폭상은 연장하는 취관(6)을 포함하며 그 개구로부터 공기 흐름이 진공 그리퍼(8,8)의 방향으로 떠나며, 정지 스크류(14,15)는 취관(6)의 면 부근에서 취관(6)의 상부측에서 배치되고, 정지스크류는 그리퍼기구(1)의 상승시 절단봉(7)이 고정되는 수직변위 가능한 고정요소(16,17)의 하면과 접촉하고, 막의 감광내식이 없는 이면상에서 그리퍼기구(1)의 상승시 정지스크류와 함께 고정요소를 들어올리는 것이 특징인 적층장치의 그리퍼 기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 진공 그리퍼(8,8)는 흡입판(23)으로부터 떨어져 면하는 쪽에서 진공을 받을 수 있는 형상보어(25,25)를 가지며, 흡입판(23)쪽으로 면하는 진공그리퍼(8,8)의 면은 어떤 형상보어도 가지지 않고 그 사이의 어떤 거리도 없이 수직으로 흡입판(23)을 경계짓는 것이 특징인 그리퍼 기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 절단봉(7)은 흡입판(23)쪽 상방으로 테이퍼져 있고, 막(24)은 흡입판(23)으로부터 막을 상승시키는 테이퍼진 절단봉(7) 및 흡입판(23)과 위로부터 접촉하는 것이 특징인 그리퍼 기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 절단봉(7)이 부착되는 고정요소(16,17)는 선형 안내부(21,21)에서 미끄러지는 로드(26,27)의 하단부에서 고정되고, 선형안내부(21,21)는 안정한 절단기구(2)의 연결봉(3)에 연결되는 것이 특징인 그리퍼 기구.
- 제4항에 있어서, 로드(26,27)의 상단부에는, 선형 안내부(21,21)위에 위치하고 선형안내부(21,21)에서의 로드(26,27)의 하방 이동을 제한하는 정지 블록(28,29)이 고정되는 것이 특징인 그리퍼 기구.
- 제3항에 있어서, 절단봉(7)은 절단평면(19)에서 절단홈(20)을 포함하며, 이 홈쪽 또는 홈으로부터 절단평면(19)에서 수평으로 변위가능한 가열절단와이어(18)가 절단봉(7)상에 놓인 막(24)을 절단후 간단히 안. 팎으로 움직이는 것이 특징인 그리퍼 기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 횡지주(13)는 수평슬롯(10)을 가지며 그것을 통해 나비형 스크류(11,12)가 연장하며, 상기 스크류는 진공 그리퍼(8,8)가 고정된 고정요소(9,9)와 결합하는 것이 특징인 그리퍼 기구.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
