본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 생석회의 첨가량과 처리용강 중의 탈황율의 관계를 도시하는 도표.
제4도는 모(母)용강이 저탄유황 쾌삭강(快削鋼)인 경우의 첨가하는 납과 생속회의 혼합비율의 차이에 의한 용강중[S]량의 시간경과에 따른 변화를 나타내는 도표.
제5도는 모용강이 기계구조용 유황쾌삭강(SC재)인 경우의 첨가하는 납과 생석회의 혼합비율의 차이에 의한 용강중[S]양의 시간경과에 따른 화를 나타내는 도표.

Claims (3)

  1. 래들내의 용강에 저융점 금속을 함유시키는 방법에 있어서, 저융점금속과 그 산화물의 1종류 또는 2종류 및 생석회와 탄소물질의 1종류 또는 2종류를 하기의 조건을 만족하도록 혼합하여 기체로 한 인잭션랜스에 의하여 용강중에 취입하여 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저융점 금속의 첨가방법.
    조건 : x+y+z+m=1
    5.5x+3.3y+z+m5.0
    0〈x〈1
    0y〈1
    0z0.30
    0m〈0.25
    0.1z+m0.30
    (단, x는 저융점금속, y는 저융점금속의 산화물, z는 생석회, m는 탄소물질로서, 각각 중량 비율을 나타냄)
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 저융점금속이 납으로, 저융점금속과 생석회와의 혼합비율이 납 : 생석회=3 : 1내지 5 : 1의 범위내로 혼합하여 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저융점금속의 첨가방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 저융점금속 및 그밖의 물질을 기체와 함께 인잭션랜스에 의하여 용강중에 첨가하는 경우로서, 취입되는 기체에 따라 주어지는 용강의 단위교반력 ε가 하기의 조건을 만족하는 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 저융점금속의 첨가방법.

    : 취입가스에 의한 교반력(watt/t-s)
    R : 저융점금속 첨가속도
    Q : 교반용 가스량
    T : 용강온도(K)
    Wg : 용강량(ton)
    Z : 가스취입위치의 용강깊이(cm)
    M : 저융점금속 첨가합계량(Kg)
    t : 첨가시간(min)
