Description

폴리아니온을 갖는 SAM의 안정한 염류의 제조 방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
첨부 도면은 실시예 1,3,4,5,6,7 및 9에서 제조한 염에 대한 75℃에서의 고상 열적 안정도를 SAM클로라이드 및 일반식 SAM·HSO4 ·H2SO4ㆍ2CH3C6H4SO3H의 이중 염에 대한 열적 안정도를 비교한 것으로서, 시간에 대한 SAM 감성 %로 나타내었다.

Claims (15)

  1. 폴리머 구조에 강산 및 약산 기능기를 함유하는 수용성 폴리아니온을 갖는 S-아데노실-L-메티오닌(SAM)의 염류.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리아니온을 산성 매질 중에서 술포늄 화합물을 사용해서 침전시켜서 얻은 S-아데노실-L-메티오닌의 염류.
  3. 정 1 항 또는 2항에 있어서, 수용성 폴리아니온이 폴리포스 페이트, 메타포스페이트, 폴리스티렌 술포네이트, 폴리비닐 술포네이트, 폴리비틸 포스페이트, 폴리아크릴레이트로 되는 군 중에서 선택된 S-아데노실-L-메티오닌의 염류.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 폴리아니온이 폴리포스페이트 또는 메타포스페이트 중에서 선택된 S-아데노실-L-메티오닌의 염류.
  5. 제 3 항에 있어서, 폴리아니온이 파라-폴리스티렌 술포네이트인 S-아데노실-L-메티오닌의 염류.
  6. 상기 항들 중 어느 항에 있어서, 성분들의 화학양론적 비가 SAM 몰수/폴리머의 g-당량으로서 0.1 내지 0.5인 S-아데노실-L-메티오닌의 염류.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 성분들의 화학양론적비가 SAM 몰수/폴리머의 g-당량으로서 약 0.33인 S-아데노실-L-메티오닌의 염류.
  8. 술포늄 화합물을 수용성 폴리아니온으로 침전시켜서 제1-7항에 의한 염을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,
    (a) 산성 pH에서 SAM 용액을 동일한 pH에서 폴리 아니온의 용액과 실온에서 교반시키면서 혼합시키고,
    (b) 생선된 침전물을 경사, 여과 또는 원심분리로 수집하고, 수집된 침전물을 물로 세척하고, 이어서 진공하에서 증발시켜 건조시키거나 또는 동결건조시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 (a)단계를 술포늄 화합물이 풍부한 효모 세포의 추출물로부터 침전된 SAM을 사용해서 행하는 방법.
  10. 제 9 항에 있어서, 건조시키기 전에, 생성된 침전물을 처음에 pH 4-5에서 적당량의 H2O 중에 용해시키고, 이어서 용액의 pH를 저하시켜 재 침전시키는 방법.
  11. 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 단계를 4℃에서 행하는 방법
  12. 제 8 항에 있어서, (a) 단계에서 침전 종기에 수용액 상에 물과 혼화시킬 수 있는 유기 용매를 최대로 1 용적까지 첨가시키는 방법.
  13. 제 8 항에 있어서, (b) 단계에 있어서, 침전물을 유기 용매 중에 분쇄시켜서 세척시키는 방법.
  14. 유효 성분으로서, 제1-7항에 의한 염중 적어도 1개를 적합한 비독성 부형제와 함께 함유하는 약제.
  15. 캡슐제, 정제, 당이 코우팅된 환제, 정맥 또는 근육 주사용 앰풀제, 좌약으로서 경구, 비경구 및 직장내 투여에 적합한 제14항에 의한 약제.
