제1도, 제2도 및 제3도는 제7표~제10표에 의거하여 플롯한 것으로서, 제1도는 본원 발명의 유리조성물 및 종래의 유리조성물의 열팽창계수와 연화점의 관계를 나타낸 도면.
제2도는 열팽창계수와 전이점의 관계를 나타낸 도면.
제3도는 열팽창계수와 항복점의 관계를 나타낸 도면.

Claims (7)

  1. 35~75중량%의 5산화바나듐(V2O5); 15~30중량%의 5산화인(P2O5); 및 일산화나트륨(Na2O), 일산화칼륨(K2O), 일산화루비듐(Rb2O), 일산화세슘(Cs2O), 2산화텔루륨(TeO2) 및 일산화탈륨(Tl2O)에서 선정되는 낮은 융점을 가진 5~40중량%의 최소한 1종의 산화금속으로 이루어지는 세라믹 구성분의 본딩 및 충전용 유리조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, Na2O, K2O, Rb2O 및 Cs2O에서 선정되는 최소한 1종의 일산화 알칼리금속의 양은 15중량%이하이며, TeO2의 양은 25중량% 이하이고, Tl2O의 양은 20중량% 이하로 이루어지는 유리조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, V2O5의 양은 55~70중량%이고; P2O5의 양은 18~25중량%이며; Na2O, K2O, Rb2O 및 Cs2O에서 선정되는 최소한 1종의 일산화알칼리금속의 양은 10중량%이하이며, Tl2O의 양은 10중량% 이하로 이루어지는 유리조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 산화보론(B2O3), 산화아연(ZnO2), 3산화비스무스(Bi2O3), 2산화실리콘(SiO2), 산화 알루미늄(Al2O3), 5산화안티몬(Sb2O5) 및 일산화코발트(CoO)에서 선정되는 최소한 1종의 성분을 포함하며, 상기 B2O3의 양은 10중량% 이하이고, ZnO2의 양은 16중량% 이하이며, BI2O3의 양은 12중량% 이하이며, SiO2의 양은 3중량% 이하이며, Al2o3의 양은 5중량% 이하이며, Sb2O5의 양은 7중량%이하이며, CoO의 양은 1중량%이하로 이루어지는 유리조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 유리조성물이 재가열중에 실질적으로 비결정질 상태로 유지되는 유리조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 유리조성물이 310~400℃의 연화온도 및 70~130X10-7/℃의 열팽창계수를 가지는 유리조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 유리조성물이 그 열팽창계수에 관계하여 연화온도의 변화가 작은 유리조성물.
