Claims (7)

  1. 조립상태에서 삽입선단쪽에서 보았을때 케이블의 재킷에 싸인 선단을 담지하는 제1부분과 재킷에서 나온 절연 도선들을 더 안쪽에 담지하는 제2부분을 갖는 통로를 규정하는 두개의 하우징부재로 이루어지고, 양 하우징 부재는 조립상태에서 케이블 재킷에 작용하는 변형제거 요소들을 제1부분에 가지고 있고 하우징부재중의 한개는 제2부분에 각 도선들에 대한 관통접촉부를 가지는데, 그 관통접촉부는 절연도선들이 통로의 제2부분내로 무난히 삽입될 수 있는 위치로부터 관통접촉부가 도선을 관통하는 위치까지 움직이는, 재킷에 둘러싸인 한개 또는 그 이상의 도선들로 구성된 케이블의 선단에 부착하기 위한 접속기에있어서, 하우징 부재의 통로의 제2부분에 통로벽으로 부터 돌출한 원추모양의 돌출돌기가 있고, 단면도에서 도선들의 오른편에서 볼때, 돌출돌기는 조립상태에서 통로의 제2부분의 구멍들이 통로면적에 의해 규정되도록 반대편 하우징부재의 통로벽 바깥으로 연장되는데, 통로면적은 절연 도선들의 단면적보다 작고, 따라서 돌출돌기 벽들이 각 절연도선들에 대한 변형조거를 형성하기 위해 도선의 잔여 절연부를 맞물도록하는 것을 특징으로하는 접속기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 통로벽으로부터의 돌출돌기의 길이가 제2통로부의 해당단면크기보다 크고, 조립사태에서 돌출돌기의 선단을 답지하도록 충분한 깊이를 가진 구멍들이 반대편 하우징 부재의 벽내에 노출되어 있는 접속기.
  3. 제1항 혹은 제2항에 있어서, 돌출돌기는 회전하는 원추형으로 설계된 접속기.
  4. 제2항 혹은 제3항에 있어서, 반대편 하우징 부재의 상기 구멍들이 하우징 부재의 외벽으로부터 제2통로부에서 아주 가까운 거리까지 달하는 블라인드 구멍으로 설계되고, 각 블라인드 구멍의 선단과 제2통로부 사이의 분할벽의 두께가 접속기의 조립중에 돌출돌기에 의해 관통되도록 충분히 작게된 접속기.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 납작한 케이블을 부착하기 위해, 해당 돌출돌기 사이의 거리가 납작한 케이블의 도선들 사이의 거리에 일치하고 돌출돌기의 크기는 조립상태에서 돌출돌기가 실제 도선들과 접촉하지 않고 다양한 도선들 사이의 재질의 브리지(bridge)를 관통하도록 선택되어진 접속기.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느한 항에 있어서, 돌출돌기를 가진 제1하우징부재가 내벽으로부터 돌출한 돌출돌기의 거의 반대편의 외벽에 한개 혹은 그 이상의 보강리브(rib)를 가지는 접속기.
