Claims (9)
- 필름-형성 중합체의 중량을 기준하여 0.01 내지 10.0중량%의 핵생성제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 형태 안정성, 내마모성 및 신축성이 향상된, 열가소성 폴리에스테르의 1축 또는 다축 연신-배향된 열고정 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 열가소성 폴리에스테르 물질이 테레프탈산 또는 이소프탈산과 탄소수 2 내지 10의 글리콜과 단일중축합물 또는 공중축합물, 바람직하게는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 및/또는 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트인 필름.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 사용된 핵생성제가 에스테르왁스 또는 부분적으로 가수분해된 에스테르왁스(예를 들면, 몬탄산)의 알칼리 금속염 또는 알칼리 토금속염, 에틸렌과 메타크릴산의 알칼리금속염과의 이온성 공중합체, 페벽설폰산의 알칼리금속염 및/또는 무기 핵생성제인 필름.
- 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 사용된 핵생성제가 나트륨 몬타네이트 및/또는 에틸렌과 메타크릴산의 알칼리 금속염, 특히 나트륨 메타크릴레이트와의 공중합체인 필름.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 첨가된 항생성제의 양이 폴리에스테르의 중량을 기준하여 0.2 내지 5.0중량%인 필름.
- 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 통상적인 양의 무기 또는 유기 안료 및/또는 미끄러짐 특성과 대전방지성을 향상시키며, 중합체쇄의 분해에 대한 안정화를 위한 다른 통산의 첨가제가 추가로 존재하는 필름.
- 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다층구조를 가지며 이중 여러 층은 다른 핵생성제를 사용한 폴리에스테르 물질이나 핵생성제를 사용하지 않은 폴리에스테르 물질로 구성되고, 층의 두께를 필름 용도의 요구조건에 맞도록 조절한 필름.
- 열가소성 폴리에스테르 물질을 핵생성제와 혼합하고, 혼합물을 용융시킨 후 용융물을 슬롯 다이를 통하여 압출시켜 생필름을 형성시키고 이 압출필름을 냉각롤 상에서 냉각시켜, 냉각 필름을 동시에 또는 다단계 방법으로 단계적으로 다축으로 연신시킨 후, 필름을 열고정시키고 권취하여 제7항 내지 2항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 바와 같은, 형태안정성, 내마모성 및 신축성이 향상된 2축 연신-배향된 필름을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 핵생성제를 폴리에스테르 물질의 중량을 기준하여 0.01 내지 10중량%의 양으로 열가소성 폴리에스테르물질에 혼합하고, 다이로부터 유출되는 열가소성 용융물은 2.5초이하의 기간 이내에 260℃ 내지 320℃의 온도에서 50℃ 내지 80℃로 냉각시켜 생필름을 얻고, 열고정은 170℃ 내지 250℃의 요도에서 1 내지 20초내에 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 생필름의 밀도가 1.34g/cm3미만인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
