제1도는 본 발명에 관한 차량용 내장성형품을 차량의 플로어 카아핏을 적용한 경우의 한 실시예의 개략을 도시하는 일부 단면 사시도.
제2도는 상기 제1도의 플로어 카아핏의 제조공정을 각각 도시하는 것으로, 제2도는 펠트박층을 형성하고 있는 상태의 설명도.
제3도는 복수의 펠트박층의 적층품의 합성수지칩 및 발포성 비이드를 삽입한 상태의 단면 설명도.

Claims (2)

  1. 펠트층과, 이 펠트층의 표면측에 접합된 표면장식재로 구성되고, 이 펠트층 및 표면장식제가 소망의 형상으로 프레스 성형으로 형성되는 차량용 내장성형품에 있어서, 상기 펠트층은 열가소성 섬유가 첨가되어 시이트 형상으로 형성된 복수의 펠트박층과, 이 펠트박층 사이에 삽입된 합성수지칩재 및 발포성 비이드로부터 발포성형된 발포체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 내장성형품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 벨트층의 메인부가 중앙부 및 양측부보다 두껍게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 내장성형품.
