技术领域

背景技术

发明内容
根据一个实施例,本发明涉及一种用于车辆内部的成型制品,例如为门饰板,包括:包覆材料,其被构造为提供成型制品的A侧的至少一部分;通过粘合剂与包覆材料结合的装饰件;在包覆材料后面成型并且被构造为对包覆材料提供结构支撑的基体。装饰件可以被注射成型。粘合剂包括压敏粘合剂。包覆材料和基体可包括供装饰件至少部分位于其中的槽。

具体实施方式

图6和7为根据示例性实施例的门饰板16的形成过程的部分示意图。图6示出了具有第一模具部件(以模腔30示出)和第二模具部件(以模芯32示出)的模具28。模具28打开时,包覆材料18被定位于模腔32和模芯32之间。根据示例性实施例,包覆材料18包括接受从模腔30延伸的凸起(如销34)的孔。通过这种定位,包覆材料悬挂在销34上。销34设计为当模具28关闭时和模芯32上的槽相配合。包覆材料18可通过各种技术定位于模具28中,例如机械手定位、人工定位、真空装置、粘合剂或类似技术。如图6所示,包覆材料18在放入模具28之前一般为平坦片材。根据优选实施例,包覆材料被热成形或者其它方式预先成型为所需形状,然后被放入模具中,通过其形状或销或类似物被定位。
根据优选实施例,装饰件22在放入用于成型基体20的成型工具之前被施加到包覆材料18上。模具28在包覆材料18的周围关闭(或部分关闭)(如通过将模具部件移向对方或将其中一个部件移向另一部件),以使得在模芯32和模腔30之间具有空腔或缝隙。包覆材料18的定位和排列方向一般以模具部件形状为准。
图7中,熔融聚合物树脂接着被注射到在模芯32和包覆材料之间的缝隙中以形成基体20。当熔融塑料树脂填充该缝隙时,包覆材料18被压在模芯32的表面上,并且获得模芯32的表面形状(即修饰板16的最终所需形状)。包覆材料18通过塑料树脂的压力沿着装饰件22周围被施压(即,顺从),并形成槽24。注射塑料的压力使得压敏粘合剂凝固,从而在装饰件22和包覆材料18之间形成较强的粘合。塑料树脂充分固化后,在释放注射压力后板16从模具28上脱除和/或从模具28上除去,装饰件22可以膨胀(如由可压缩材料制成时,其在成型过程中被压缩),并回复到其预成型时的厚度。在塑料树脂注射时模具28中装饰件22的存在使得基体20在装饰件22周围成型,形成孔穴24。根据优选实施例,该过程可使用于已有的可适合于具有一些成型时带有装饰件的板或者成型时不带有装饰件的其它板的模具工具。
塑料树脂形成基体20以后,修饰板16可以经过各种任意的精整操作(如除去没有结合到基体上的包覆材料的任意部分(如含有孔的部分或条)),缠绕并且结合(如,通过紧固件、粘合剂、焊接、热叠合或类似方法)到基体的B表面上。

Claims (20)

1.一种用于车辆内部的成型制品,包括:
包覆材料,其被构造为提供该成型制品的A-侧的至少一部分;
装饰件,其通过粘合剂与包覆材料结合;以及
基体,其成型在包覆材料后面并且被构造为对包覆材料提供结构支撑。
2.根据权利要求1所述的成型制品,其特征在于,所述装饰件可压缩。
3.根据权利要求1所述的成型制品,其特征在于,所述装饰件包括注射成型塑料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的成型制品,其特征在于,所述粘合剂包括压敏粘合剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的成型制品,其特征在于,所述成型制品为门饰板。
6.根据权利要求1所述的成型制品,其特征在于,所述包覆材料和基体包括槽,并且,所述装饰件至少部分地位于所述槽中。
7.根据前述权利要求所述的成型制品,其特征在于,所述槽基本上和装饰件的周边相一致。
8.根据权利要求1所述的成型制品,其特征在于,所述基体为注射成型聚丙烯。
9.一种用于车辆内部的成型制品的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
提供包覆材料和装饰件;
通过粘合剂将装饰件施加到包覆材料上;
将包覆材料和装饰件定位在模具中;以及
将塑料树脂引入到模具中并成型基体。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述粘合剂包括压敏粘合剂,并且,引入塑料树脂的所述步骤包括凝固该压敏粘合剂从而将装饰件粘结到包覆材料上。
11.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括环绕装饰件在包覆材料和基体中形成孔穴。
12.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述装饰件包括注射成型塑料。
13.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述成型制品为门饰板。
14.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括步骤:
在将包覆材料和装饰件放置在模具中之前,将包覆材料热成型为所需要的形状。
15.一种成型制品的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
以所需形状预成型包覆材料;
将包覆材料和装饰件放置在模具中;以及
将热塑性树脂引入到模具中,从而成型基体并将装饰件粘结到包覆材料上。
16.根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,所述预成型包覆材料的步骤包括热成型包覆材料。
17.根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括步骤:在将包覆材料和装饰件放置在模具中之前,用粘合剂将装饰件施加到包覆材料上。
18.根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述粘合剂包括压敏粘合剂。
19.根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,引入塑料树脂到模具中的所述步骤包括在包覆材料上形成基本上和装饰件周边相一致的槽。
20.根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,所述装饰件为注射成型塑料。
