Claims (12)
100중량부의 어떤 할로겐이 유리된 고무 혹은 플라스틱에 약 0.3-2μm의 평균입자지름을 보유하는약 50-200중량부의 수산화마그네슘과 약 0.5-2.0ml/g의 기름흡수력을 보유하는 약 5-50중량부의 카아본 블랙 파우더를 혼합하고, 다음에 그 혼합물을 유기 과산화물, 황 혹은 가황제인 황화합물과 교차결합시킨 난연성 조성물.
제1항에 있어서, 고무 혹은 플라스틱 100중량부에 대해서 약 2-15중량부의 적인을 함유한 난연제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 조성물.
제1항에 또는 2항에 있어서, 혼합물에는 고무 혹은 플라스틱 100중량부에 대해서 각각 약 3-10중량 부의유기 폴리실록산과 일반식 xPbO.Pb(R).yH20(식중, 0x3, R은 고지방산기, 6개 또는 그 이상의 탄소원자를 보유하는 방향족 카르복실산기 혹은 황산기, 0y10)의 염기성 납화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 조성물.
제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수산화 마그네슘은 스테아린산 혹은 올레인산으로서 표면처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 조성물.
충전재 (4),(8)과 함께 외장재(6)로 둘러쌓이며 함께 꼬아진 다수의 그와 같은 서브코어(3)혹은 전기 점연재(2)로서 피복된 전기도체(1)로 구성한 케이블 코어(5)를 포함하는 난연성 케이블에 있어서, 상기한 전기절연재 및 또는 외장재는 100중량부의 할로겐이 유리된 고무 혹은 플라스틱에 약 0.03-2μm의 평균입자 지름을 보유하는 약 50-200중량부의 수산화 마그네슘과 약 0.5-2.0ml/g의 기름흡수력을 보유하는 약 5-50중량부의 카아본 블럭 파우더를 혼합하고, 다음에 그 혼합물을 유기과산화물, 황 혹은 가황제인 황화합물과 교차 결합시킨 난연성 조성물로서 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 케이블.
제5항에 있어서, 코어(5)혹은 꼬아진 서브코어(3)와 외장제(6)사이에 어떤 할로겐으로부터 유리된 난연성 조성물로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 케이블.
제5항에 있어서, 고무 혹은 플라스틱 100중량부에 대해서 약 2-15중량부의 적인 함유한 난연제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 케이블.
제7항에 있어서, 코어(5)혹은 꼬아진 서브코어(3)와 외장재(6)사이에 끼워진 충전재(4),(8)은 최소한 30의 산소지수를 보유함과 아울러 어떤 할로겐으로부터 유리된 난연성 조성물로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 케이블.
제5항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 혼합물에는 고무 혹은 플라스틱 100중량부에 대해서 각각 약 3-10중량부의 유리폴리실록산과 일반식 xPbO.Pb(R).yH20(식중, 0x3, R은 6개 또는 그 이상의 탄소원자를 보유하는 고지방산기와 방향족 카르복실산기, 황산기, 0y10)의 염기성 납화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 케이블.
제9항에 있어서, 코어(5)혹은 꼬아진 서브코어(3)와 외장재(6)사이에 끼워진 충전재(4),(8)은 최소한 30의 산소지수를 보유함과 아울러 어떤 할로겐으로부터 유리된 난연성 조성물로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 케이블.
제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 수산화마그네슘은 스테아르산 혹은 올레인산으로서 표면처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 케이블.
