제1도는 본 발명에 의하여 제작된 조향장치의 밸브 단면도.

제3도는 제2도의 B-B방향에서의 부분 정면도.

Claims (10)

  1. 밸브가랜드(LAND)들로 분리된 제1세트의 종으로 연장된 홈(18a)들이 그 내경면에 있는 하나의 슬리이브부재(11)와, 슬리이브 부재(11)의 내경에 꼭 끼워 맞추어지고 그 안에서 상대적으로 회전 가능한 하나의 밸브 코어(10)와, 밸브 코어(10)를 슬리이브 부재(11)로 연결하는 하나의 축 방향으로 연장된 토오션 바아(12)와 압력을 받아 수압 액체를 상기 홈(2)(3)(4)(5)들로 들락날락 시키는 수단으로 구성되며, 역시 랜드들로 분리된 제2세트 종으로 연장된 홈(18)들이 밸브 코어(10) 표면 상에 있으며 적어도 약간의 홈(18)(18a)들 또는 랜드들의 넓이가 그 길이에 따라서 변하고, 밸브 코어(10)와 슬리이브 부재(11) 사이의 상대적인 회전으로 대향하는 홈 들과 랜드들의 인접 모서리들로 형성되는 오리피스의 유효 넓이 따라서 그 면적을 변화시키며, 그리하여 밸브내에서의 수압 액체의 흐름을 제어하여 그와 더불어 장치에 제공되는 보력(補力)을 조절 하도록 작용하며, 슬리이브 부재(11)와 밸브코어(10)가 수압액체의 흐름에 이용되는 장치 오리피스의 길이를 변경시키고 따라서 그 면적을 변경 시키기 위하여 축 방향으로 상대적으로 이동 가능하며, 그러므로 제공되는 보력의 정도를 바꾸게되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 보력 조향장치용 수압 제어 밸브.
  2. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 밸브 코어(10)가 축 운동에 대하여 고정되고 슬리이브 부재(11)가 그 위에서 축 방향으로 이동 가능한 수압 제어밸브.
  3. 청구범위 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 차량의 운전 모우드에 관련되는 변수에 감응하는 수단을 가지며, 그 수단이 슬리이브를 밸브 코어에 대해서 축방향으로 상기 변수의 작용인 거리 만큼변위 시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 수압제어 밸브.
  4. 청구범위 제3항에 있어서, 상기 변수가 차량의 속도인 것을 특징으로 하는 수압제어 밸브.
  5. 청구범위 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 변수에 감응하는 상기 수단이, 슬리이브 부재를 그 최초위치로 복귀시키도록 작용하는 하나의 탄력성 부재(22)의 힘에 기슬러 슬리이브 부재를 최초 위치로 부터 축 방향으로 이동시키기 위하여 압력 받는 수압 액체를(3)(26)에 적용하는 수단을 포함하고 있는 수압 제어 밸브.
  6. 청구범위 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 적어도 명개의 상기 오리피스들이 밸브 코어와 슬리이브 부재의 상대적인 회전에 따라 그 길이에 따라서 보다 큰 유효넓이 인 부분(30)과 보다 적은 유효넓이인 부분(31)을 가지며, 슬리이브 부재(11)와 밸브 코어(10)의 상대적인 축 이동이 보다 큰 유효넓이 부분(30)의 적어도 일부를 덮도록 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수압 제어 밸브.
  7. 청구범위 제6항에 있어서, 보다 큰 넓이 부분(30)의 유효 넓이가 상기 상대적인 회전의 일부에서 밸브 코어와 슬리이브 부재의 상대적인 회전과 지수 관계로 변하는 수압 제어 밸브.
  8. 청구범위 제7항에 있어서, 보다 적은 넓이의 오리피스의 부분(31)과 접하는 랜드의 모서리가 상기 상대적인 회전이 진전됨에 따라서 고압의 수압 액체의 흐름을 얇은 가느다란 제트(JET)로 분리시키도록 릴리이브(RELIEVE) 되어 있는 수압 제어 밸브.
  9. 청구범위 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 밸브 코어의 홈에 수용되며 밸브 코어와 슬리이브 부재사이에 최고의 상대적 축 운동이 있어 났을 때 상기 슬리이브 부재의 내부 환상 표면과 접촉하는 외부 표면을 갖는 하나의 댐퍼링(44)과 그 조건하에서 압력을 받는 수압 액체가 상기 댐퍼링을 작동 시키도록 하는 수단(45)을 포함하는 수압 제어 밸브.
  10. 청구범위 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 슬리이브 부재와 밸브 코어의 상대적인 축 이동이 차량이 고속도로 운행되고 있을 때에는 최소한의 보력이 제공되고 차량이 저속도로 변하면 최고의 보력이 제공되도록 보력의 정도를 바꾸는 것을 특징으로 하는 수압 제어 밸브.
