Claims (18)

  1. 유기재료로 모형을 만들고, 용제(溶劑)로 상기 모형을 용해하여 제거하는 주형(鑄型)의 제작법에 있어서, 상기 용제에 불용성의 재료로 모형 표면에 피복막을 형성한 것을 주형모형으로 하고, 상기 주형모형의 주위에 주형재료를 충전ㆍ경화시킨 다음, 용제로 모형을 용해하며, 용해잔사와 상기 피복막을 주형밖으로 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주형의 제작법.
  2. 모형이 발포스티롤, 폴리에틸렌, p-디클로로벤젠의 어느 성형체인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 주형의 제작법.
  3. 피복막이 상온 경화형의 실리콘계고무인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 주형 제작법.
  4. 피복막이 우레탄계시일랜트 고무인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 주형의 제작법.
  5. 피복막이 탈옥심타입의 1액성실리콘고무인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 3기재의 주형의 제작법.
  6. 유기재료로 모형을 만들고, 용제로 상기 모형을 용해해서 제거하는 주형의 제작법에 있어서, 상기 용제에 불용성의 재료로 모형 표면에 피복막을 형성한 것을 주형모형으로 하고, 상기 주형모형의 주위에 수용성의 점결제를 사용한 주형재료를 충전하고, 주형이 미경화의 상태로 용제를 모형에 접촉시켜 용해하며, 그 후, 가열에 의해 주형을 경화한 다음, 다시 용제를 모형의 잔사에 접촉시켜, 용해잔사와 상기 피복막을 주형밖으로 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주형의 제작법.
  7. 가열이 마이크로파 가열임을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 6기재의 주형의 제작법.
  8. 모형이 발포스티롤, 폴리에틸렌 p-디클로로벤젠의 어느 하나의 성형체임을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 6기재의 주형의 제작법.
  9. 피복막이 상온 경화형의 실리콘고무임을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 6기재의 주형의 제작법.
  10. 피복막이 우레탄계시 일랜트고무임을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 6기재의 주형의 제작법.
  11. 피복막이 탈옥심타입의 1액성실리콘고무임을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 6기재의 주형의 제작법.
  12. 점결제가 수용성임을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 6기재의 주형의 제작법.
  13. 점결제가 탄성염임을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 12기재의 주형의 제작법.
  14. 탄산염이 탄산나트륨, 탄산칼륨임을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 13기재의 주형의 제작법.
