Claims (14)
- a) 상부리테이너, b) 상부리테이너로부터 축방향으로 떨어져 있는 피스톤, c) 내부캐비티를 형성하기 위해 리테이너 및 피스톤에 밀봉되게 부착된 내부가스불통과성막, d) 내부부재가 외부막에 의해 완전히 감싸여져서 외부막과내부막간에 외부캐비티를 형성하도록 리테이너와 피스톤에 밀봉되게 부착된 외부가스불통과성막, e) 상기 내부 및 외부 캐비티중의 적어도 하나에 가스압력을 흡입 및 배출시키는 장치로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 공기스피링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내부막 및 외부막이 거의 관상형태인 공기스피링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상부리테이너가 각막의 유효직경이 상부리테이너로부터 축방향으로 가장 먼거리에 있는 둥근요철부의 점에 대하여 반경방향간격의 2배가 되도록 피스톤에 축방향으로 접근할 때 외부막및 내부막의 축방향단면에 둥근요철부를 형성하는 공기스프링.
- 제3항에 있어서, 내부막의 유효직경이 외부막의 유효직경보다 더 큰 공기스피링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내부캐비티 및 외부캐비티에 가압가스를 흡입 및 유출시키는 장치를 추가로 포함하는 공기스피링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외부막이 제한된 반경방향 신장성을 갖는 가요성엘라스토머재료로 이루어진 공기스피링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 외부막과 내부막 중의 적어도 하나가 보강된 공기스프링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내부막이 반경방향임을 지지할 수 있는 가요성엘라스토머재료로 이루어진 공기스피링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가스압력을 흡입 및 배출시키는 장치가 두방향 밸브인 공기스프링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가스압력을 흡입 및 배출시키는 장치에 연결된 적어도 하나의 외부가스압력원을 추가로 포함하는 공기스피링.
- 제10항에 있어서, 압력감지장치에 연결된 내부 및 외부캐비티중의 적어도 하나내에 위치하는 다수개의 압력감지장치, 압력가스원으로부터 가스의 유출을 조절하는 장치를 추가로 포함하는 공기스프링.
- 다수개의 스프링부재, 다수개의 비스프링 부재, 및 한 말단부에서 스프링부재에 고정되게 연결되고 또한 반대편 말달부에서 비스프링부재에 고정되게 연결된 공기스프링으로 구성되며, 이때 상기 공기스프링은 a) 현수시스템의 스프링부재에 고정되게 연결된 상부리테이너, b) 현수시스템의 비스프링부재에 고정되게 연결된 상부리테이너로부터 축방향으로 떨어져 있는 피스톤, c) 내부캐비티를 형성하기 위해 리테이너 및 피스톤에 밀봉되게 부착된 내부가스불통과성막, d) 내부막이 외부막에 의해 완전히 감싸여져서 외부부재와 내부부재간에 외부캐비티를 형성하도록 리테이너 및 피스톤에 밀봉되게 부착된 내부부재보다 더 큰 직경의 외부가스불통과성막, e) 상기 내부 및 외부캐비티중의 적어도 하나에 가스압력을 흡입 및 배출시키는 장치를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 현수시스템.
- 제12항에 있어서, 가스압력을 흡입 및 배출시키는 장치에서 공기스프링에 연결된 적어도 하나의 가변성가스압력 공급원을 추가로 포함하는 현수시스템.
- 제12항에 있어서, 내부 및 외부캐비티에 공급된 가스량을 조절하는 장치를 추가로 포함하는 현수시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
