Abstract

유체를 공급하기 위한 일회용 플라스틱 펌프는 전체가 플라스틱으로 이루어진 두 개의 기본 단일 요소로 이루어진다. 즉, 유체 저장조와 유동 연통하는 개구 외측단과 내측단을 갖는 바디를 형성하는 챔버와, 챔버속으로 이동할 수 있도록 알맞게 형성된 피스톤으로 이루어진다. 팸버는 축방향으로 인접해 있는 공축의 두 챔버 즉, 하나의 직경을 갖는 내측 챔버와 더 큰 직경을 갖는 외측 챔버를 형성한다. 피스톤은 스탬을 포함하며 이 스탬에는 적당한 크기로 서로 떨어져 있는 두 개의 유연판이 있으며, 이들은 각각의 유연판을 관통하여 유체가 외측으로 유동할 수 있도록 내측 챔버와 외측 챔버 내에서 일방향으로 밸브로 작용한다. 실링판은 최외측 유연판의 스탬 외측에 위치한다. 통로는 이를 관통하여 유체 유동이 이루어지는 최외측 유연판과 실링판 사이에 있는 피스톤 위의 입구로부터 제공된다.

제1도는 본 발명의 제1양상에 따라서 저장조와 펌프를 구비한 유체 디스펜서의 제1실시예를 보여주는 부분 절취도이다.

Claims (17)

  1. 저장조로부터 유체를 공급하는 펌프로서, 직경과 팸버 벽, 내측단 그리고 외측단을 각각 구비한 내측 원통형 챔버와 외측 원통형 챔버를 포함하는 피스톤 챔버 형성 수단으로서, 상기 내측 챔버 및 외측 챔버는 동축이고, 상기 내측 챔버의 외측단은 상기 외측 챔버의 내측단으로 열려 있으며, 상기 내측 챔버의 내측단은 상기 저장조와 유체 연통하고, 상기피스톤 챔버 형성수단은 상기 내측 챔버의 직경이 상기 외측 챔버의 직경보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는, 그러한 피스톤 챔버 형성수단, 상기 피스톤 챔버 형성 수단 안에 수납되어 있으며 그안에서 축방향으로 내측 외측 이동이 가능한 피스톤 형성 요소로서, 상기 피스톤 형성요소의 단면은 대체로 원통형이고, 내측단에서 막힌 중앙통로를 가지며 중앙의 축방향으로 연장된 중공스탬을 가지며, 외측단 근방에 출구를 가진, 그러한 피스톤 형성요소, 내측단에 인접한 스탬에서 외측 방사상으로 연장하며, 내측 챔버의 챔버 역주위에 원통형으로 인접해 있으며 탄성적으로 변형 가능한 가장자리부를 포함하는 원형의 내측 유연판, 내측 유연판에서 외측 축방향으로 떨어져 있는 스탬에서 외측 방사상으로 연장하며, 외측 챔버의 챔버 벽 주위에 원통형으로 인접해 있으며 탄성적으로 변형가능한 가장자리부를 포함하는 원형의 외측 유연판, 외측 유연판에서 외측 축방향으로 떨어져 있는 스탬에서 외측 방사상으로 연장하며, 내측 외측으로 상기 피스톤 형성 요소가 이동할 때에, 실제로 유체 불침투성의 실을 형성하기 위하여 그 주위에 원통형으로 외측 챔버의 챔버 벽에 맞물리는 원형의 실링판, 통로와 연결되면서 외측 유연판과 실링판 사이의 스탬에 위치하는 출구를 포함하며, 상기 피스톤 형성요소는 상기 피스톤 챔버 형성수단내에 수납되어 그 속에서 상기 내측 유연판은 상기 내측 챔버내에 그리고 상기 외측 유연판 및 실링판은 상기 외측 챔버 내에 있는 채로 축방향 내측 및 외측으로 왕복운동하고, 상기 내측 유연판은 내측 챔버 내의 유체가 내측 유연판을 관통하여 내측으로 유동하지 못하도록하고, 상기 외측 유연판은 외측 챔버 내의 유체가 내측 유연판을 관통하여 내측으로 유동하지 못하도록 하고, 상기 내측 유연판은 내측 챔버 내의 유체가 내측 유연판을 관통하여 외측으로 유동할 수 있도록 내측 챔버의 챔버 벽에서 탄성적으로 변형하고, 상기 외측 유연판은 외측 챔버 내의 유체가 외측 유연판을 관통하여 외측으로 유동할 수 있도록 외측 챔버의 챔버 벽에서 탄성적으로 변형하는, 그러한 펌프.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 내측 외측으로 피스톤 형성 요소를 이동하기 위하여 피스톤에 결합수단을 더 포함하는 펌프.
  3. 제2항의 펌프에 있어서, 상기 피스톤 형성 요소는 외측 챔버의 외측단으로부터 외측으로 연장하며, 상기 결합 수단은 피스톤 챔버 형성 수단의 상기 스탬 외측에 있는 펌프.
  4. 제3항의 펌프에 있어서, 결합 수단은 상기 스탬에서 외측 방사상으로 연장하는 원형의 플랜지로 이루어진 펌프.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 피스톤 챔버 형성 수단과 접함으로써 피스톤 형성 요소가 내측으로 이동하는 것을 제한 하는 수단을 포함하는 펌프.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 내측 챔버와 외측 챔버의 가운데 적어도 하나의챔버벽과 결합하기 위하여 그리고 피스톤 챔버 형성 수단 안에서 이동할 때에, 외측 챔버의 내측단 내에서 축방향으로 중앙 정렬된 피스톤 형성 요소를 안내하기 위하여, 스탬으로부터 외측 방사상으로 연장하는 상기 스탬에 위치 결정 수단을 포함하는 펌프.
  7. 제6항의 펌프에서, 위치 결정 수단은 축방향으로 연장하는 다수의 웨브를 포함하는 펌프.
  8. 제7항의 펌프에 있어서, 축방향으로 연장하는 웨브는 내측 챔버의 챔버 벽에 맞물리기 위하여 내측 유연판과 외측 유연판 사이에 제공되는 펌프.

  15. 제14항의 펌프에 있어서, 콘테이너는 단일 요소를 포함하는 펌프.
  16. 제15항의 펌프에 있어서, 상기 단일 요소는 전체가 플라스틱으로 형성되거나 또는 전체가 유리로 형성되는 펌프.
