Claims (14)
- 고형분 함량에 대하여, 만니톨 65% 내지 90% 및 디사카아리드와 동일하거나 그 이상인 최소한 95중량%의 사카라이드로 이루어진 탄수화물 10%내지 35%를 함유하는 수용액을 구성하고, 휘발성 향미제를 상기 만니톨-탄수화물 용액과 혼합시키며, 이 용액을 분무 건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수분에 대하여 안정한 휘발성 향미제가 고정된 생성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용액을 만니톨에 대하여 과포화시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄수화물이 말토덱스트린인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용액이 만니톨-탄수화물과 휘발성 향미제를 2내지 8중량부 : 1중량부로 함유하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 말로덱스트린의 D.E.가 4내지 20인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 말로덱스트린의 D.E.가 10내지 15인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공기 유입 온도 105°내지 135℃ 및 배출온도 60°내지 90℃에서 분무 건조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄수화물이 디사카라이드, 트리사카라이드, 테트라사카라이드, 폴리사카라이드 및 이들의 조합물로 된 군 중에서 선택되는 탄수화물인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 용액을 만니톨에 대하여 과포화시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄수화물이 디사카라이드인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 휘발성 향미제가 아세트알데히드인 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 탄수화물이 D.E. 4내지 20인 말토덱스트린인 방법.
- 제1항에 방법에 의하여 제조된 고정 향미제.
