Claims (11)

  1. 공간적으로 안정되어 있고 제품표면의 가열온도보다 낮은 암계 부착온도를 가진 유기질의 피막형성 물질의 액상분산물로된 코우팅 조성물과 가열된 제품표면을 접촉시켜 열처리하므로서 피막형상 물질을 불안정화시키는 가열처리가 가능한 제품표면의 코우팅 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리(에틸렌글리콜), 폴리(비닐피롤리돈)또는 폴리(비닐 아세테이트)의 가수분해물인 폴리(비닐알코올)로부터 유도되는 비이온성의 친수성 성분으로 유기질의 피막형성물질을 공간적으로 안정화시키는 코우팅 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 피막형성물질의 구조중에 비이온성의 친수성 성분을 함유시키는 코우팅 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 피막형성 물질과 관련이 있는 액상의 분산물의 계면활성 성분중에 비이온성의 친수성 성분을 함유시키는 코우팅 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 피막형성 물질중에 최소한 1wt%의 비이온성의 친수성 성분을 함유시키는 코우팅 방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 피막형성 물질의 중량에 대해 최소한 0.1%의 계면활성 성분을 첨가하는 코우팅 방법.
  7. 앞서나온 여러 청구항중 어느 한가지 청구항에 있어서, 코우팅 조성물의 임계 부착온도를 25-99℃의 범위로 한 코우팅 방법.
  8. 앞서나온 여러 청구항중 어느 한가지 청구항에 있어서, 코우팅되는 표면을 코우팅 조성물의 임계부착 온도보다 최소한 5℃ 높은 온도로 가열하는 코우팅 방법.
  9. 앞서나온 여러 청구항중 어느 한가지 청구항에 있어서, 코우팅되는 표면이 금속 또는 플라스틱 물질로 하는 코우팅 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 공간적으로 안정되어있고 임계부착온도 범위가 25-99℃(제품의 가열온도보다 낮은온도임)인 유기질의 피막형성 물질의 액상분산물로된 제1항의 코우팅 방법에 사용하기 적합한 코우팅 조성물.
  11. 제1항의 방법에 따라 코우팅된 표면을 가진 제품.
