Claims (4)

  1. 최소한 2개의 고정 외부 커버판들로 구성되고, 그 커버판들 사이에는 이동 조절판을 위한 리십터클실을 형성하기 위해 한개 혹은 몇개의 스페이서가 위치하고, 조절판의 두께는 커버판들 사이의 간격보다 더 작은 웨이퍼 구조의 직통 혹은 다방향 조절 밸브에 있어서, 스페이서(4)와 조절판이 면방향으로 평행하고 각기 동일 두께로 되어있으며, 스페이서(4)와 커버판(3)사이에는 조절판(5)과 커버판(3)사이에 한정된 간격을 형성하는 층(6)이 위치함을 특징으로 하는 상기 밸브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 층(6)은 조절판(5)과 커버판(3)사이의 간격(7)의 요구된 크기에 상응하는 한정된 크기의 입자(8)들이 있는 접착제로 구성되고, 그렇게 서로 접착된 부품(3,4)들은 조절판(5)과 함께 시험 및 조립에 적절한 구조적 유니트를 형성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 밸브.
  3. 제1항에 혹은 제2항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 커버판(3), 스페이서(4) 및 조절판(5)은 세라믹 물질로 제조되는 상기 밸브.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 따른 밸브를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 스페이서(4)와 조절판(5)은 면방향으로 평행하고 두루 균일한 두께를 갖도록 치리된 단일 부재로 부터 제조되고, 그리하여 개별부품들이 어어서 서로 분리됨을 특징으로 하는 밸브 제조 방법.
