복합표면부재의 제조방법

제1도는 본 발명의 첫번째 구현예에 따르는 복합표면부재의 구성에서 여러가지 부재를 확대한 도면을 나타내고, 제2도는 본 발명의 두번째의 구현예에 따르는 복합표면부재의 구성에서 여러가지 부재를 나타낸 도면이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 석판의 적어도 한 표면에 수지가 함유된 섬유 매트를 수지가 경화되지 않는 상태에서 접착시키는 단계, 상기 섬유매트의 노출된 표면에 벡킹층을 접착시키는 단계, 섬유매트의 매개물을 통하여 벡킹층이 상기 석판 표면과 결합되도록 상기 수지를 경화시키는 단계 및 벡킹에 박막의 석판이 남도록 석판의 일부를 잘라버리는 단계로 이루어지는 복합 표면 부재의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지가 함유된 섬유 매트는 석판의 두 반대면에 각각 접착시키고 ,벡킹층을 각각의 섬유매트의 매개물을 통하여 석판의 두 반대면의 각각에 접착 시켜 이수지를 경화시킨후, 상기 석판을 각 벡킹층에 박막의 석판이 남도록 사실상 평행하며 상기 석판면 사이의 중간인 절단 평면을 따라 두개로 잘라서 되는 복합 표면 부재의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 벡킹층은 두개의 외부 판 사이에서 샌드위치된 경량의 다공코아를 포함하여서 되는 방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에있어서, 상기 벡킹층은 우선 수지가 함유된 섬유매트의 노출된 표면에 경량의 다공재료층을 접착시킨 다음, 다공층의 외부표면에 외부재료판을 접착시켜서 원위치에서 형성되게 되는 방법.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 석판, 섬유매트 및 벡킹층은 수지가 경화되지 않는 상태에서 함께 압축 시키고, 복합구조층 사이의 공기를 빼내기 위하여 복합구조에 진공을 적용시킨 다음, 상기 수지를 경화시켜서 되는 방법.
  6. 석판 반대면의 적어도 한면에 수지가 함유된 섬유매트를 수지가 경화되지 않는 상태에서 접착시키는 단계, 수지가 경화되기 전에, 상기 수지 매트에 경량 재료층을 함유하는 코아를 접착시키는 단계, 코아의 반대 표면에 외부 재료판을 접착시키는 단계, 상기 수지를 경화시키는 단계 및 복합 벡킹에 박막의 석판이 남도록 석판의 일부분을 자르는 단계로 이루어지는 벡킹층에 결합되게 되는 박막의 석판을 갖는 복합표면부재의 제조 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 수지가 함유된 섬유 매트시트, 코아 및 외부판은 석판의 두 반대면의 각각에 접착시키고 상기 수지를 경화시킨 다음, 상기 석판을 각각의 복합 벡킹층에 박막의 석판이 남도록 사실상 평행하며 상기한 반대면 사이의 중간이 되는 절단평면을 따라 두개로 자르는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 섬유매트는 촘촘하게 짜지 않은 유리섬유 매트로 되는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 수지는 에폭시 수지인 방법.
  10. 제1항 또는 제6항의 방법으로 제조되게 되는 석재면 복합표면부재.
