Claims (14)

  1. 주로 폴리올레핀 수지와 이와 비융합성 충전제로 구성된 수지 조성물을 용융시키고, 용융된 수지 조성물을 필름으로 만든 다음 필름을 적어도 일측 방향으로 연신시켜 다공성 필름을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 비융합성 충전제가 황산바륨이고, 황산바륨이 폴리올레핀 수지 100중량부당 50내지 500중량부로 사용되며, 필름이 1.5내지 7의 배율로 연신되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 필름의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 황산바륨의 평균 입경이 0.1 내지 7㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 황산바륨의 평균 입경이 0.5 내지 5㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 황산 바륨이 폴리올레핀 수지 100중량부당 100내지 400중량부의 양으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 황산 바륨이 지방산 또는 그의 금속염, 규소, 실란 또는 수지산으로 표면처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 수지가 폴리에틸렌 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌수지가 0.5내지 7의 용융 지수와 0.915내지 0.935의 밀도를 갖는 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌수지가 단일 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌수지가 밀도가 서로 다른 폴리에틸렌 수지의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 용융 지수가 1내지 5인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제6항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌수지가 선상 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 선상 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지가 용융지수 0.5내지 8.5와 밀도 0.915내지 0.935를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 선상 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지가 에틸렌과 헥센 및/또는 옥텐의 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 주로 폴리올레핀 수지와 이와 비융합성 충전제로 구성된 수지 조성물을 용융시키고, 용융된 수지 조성물을 필름으로 만든 다음 필름을 적어도 일측방향으로 연신시켜 다공성 필름을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 비융합성 충전제가 황산 바륨이고, 황산 바륨이 폴리올레핀 수지 100중량부당 50내지 500중량부로 사용되며, 필름이 1.5내지 7의 배율로 연신되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법에 의해 제조된 내수성, 수분 침투성 및 기체 침투성을 갖는 다공성 필름.
