Claims (3)

  1. 운동성 점막과 고정성 점막 그리고 상기의 두점막들 사이에 선형의 활동성 경계를 갖는 사람턱의 잇몸부에 사용되는 것으로 평면형상이형인 잇몸과 일치하며 또한 잇몸을 따른 단면 형상이-홈형인 외피를 갖고, 상기의외피는 하부턱-의치틀에서는 잇몸 바깥쪽 가장자리, 상부턱-의치틀에서는 잇몸안쪽 가장지라, 구개 보울트 위에서는 구개 가장자리를 갖고, 이때 상기의 잇몸 바깥쪽 가장자리와 잇몸안쪽 가장자리 또는 구개 가장자리는 거의 운동성 점막부위까지 이르는 형상으로 연장되어 있어서, 상기의 외피를 고점성의 의치틀 재료로 채워 상기의 턱에 압착시킬 수 있도록 되어 있는 의치틀에 있어서, 상기 외피(8)의-홈형 단면은 상기의 외피와 결합되는 잇몸(4)와 고점성 점막을 5mm이하의 간격 바람직하게는 약 1mm의 간격을 두고 둘러싸고 있는 형상이고, 상기의 잇몸 바깥쪽의 가장자리와 잇몸 안쪽의 가장자리 또는 구개 가장자리는 적어도 상기의 운동성 점막의 활동을 허용하면서, 선혀의 활동 경계를 넘어 운동성 점막 근처에 이르는 시일링 스트립의 형상으로 상기의 운동성 점막에 압착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의치틀.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 하부턱-의치틀(1)이 거꾸로 뒤집혀 수평으로 있을 때의 형상을 측면에서 보았을때, 상기의 잇몸 안쪽 가장자리(10)은 잇몸 바깥부위(12)에 있는 바닥부(12)로부터 상승부까지 올라갔다가 입안 뒷쪽(13)에서 내려가는 형상이며, 또한 상기의 잇몸 바깥쪽 가장자리(9)보다 대체로 더높은 위치에 연장되어 있는 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 의치틀.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 구개 보울트와 그와 접해있는 구개 가장자리를 갖는 상부턱-의치틀(2)에 있어서, 상기의 상부턱-의치틀(2)가 수평으로 유지된 형상을 측면에서 보았을 때, 상기의 구개 보울트(14)는 2∼8mm정도, 바람직하게는 약5mm정도 상기의 잇몸 바깥쪽 가장자리(9)보다 더 높게 연장되어 있는 형상인 것을 특지응로 하는 의치틀.
