Claims (7)

  1. 환원될 금속염이 내부라이너를 갖는 환원―증류로에서 환원 금속과 반응하여, 이때의 환원작용에 의해 목적한 바의 환원된 고체금속상과 그외의 환원 용융금속염을 제조하는 환원, 정제된 금속의 회수방법에 있어서, 먼저 용융염이 상기의 내부라이너 바닥을 밀폐해줄 정도가 되게끔 충분한 량의 환원 금속염을 장입해 주고, 상기의 환원 반응을 조장하도록 상기 로내의 온도와 압력을 조절, 유지해 주고, 환원될 금속염과 화학당량 이상의 환원금속을 적어도 주기적으로 첨가해 주고, 상기의 환원반응에 의해 생성된 상기의 환원된 고체금속상이 밀폐가 유지되는 동안 증가하기 때문에, 상기의 용융염의 표면 높이가 재조절되도록 상기 용융염의 일부를 적어도 주기적으로 배출시키고, 상기의 환원반응이 끝날때 상기의 용융염과 과도한 환원금속의 일부를 상기의 로에서 배출시키고 후 정제, 환원된 고체금속이 분리되도록 반응안된 환원금속을 증류하여 상기의 로에서 제거하고, 그후 정제, 환원된 고체 금속을 상기의 로에서 회수하는 것으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 환원, 정제된 금속의 회수방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 로가 하부에 적어도 하나이상의 구멍이형성된 내부 라이너를 갖는 제1용기와 상기의 제1용기에 유동체의 이동이 가능하게끔 연결되는 제2용기로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 환원, 정제된 금속의 회수방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기로를 진공처리하는 동안 상기의 제2용기의 온도 보다 상기의 제1용기의 온도를 높게 유지시켜 줌으로서 반응안된 환원금속을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 환원 정제된 금속의 회수방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 제1용기를 열어 상기의 금속을 담고 있는 내부 라이너를 끄집어내는 방법으로, 환원, 정제된 고체금속을 회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 환원, 정제된 금속의 회수 방법.
  5. 제2,3 또는 4항중에 어느 한항에 있어서, 제1용기에 장입된 환원 금속염이 용융든에 따라 이전의 조업으로부터 제2용기에 남아있는 환원 금속과 환원 금속염이 용융되는데, 이 때 제2용기의 용융된 환원 금속이 제1용기의 내부 라이너로 부유하여 들어가 재순환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 환원, 정제된 금속의 회수 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 환원 금속으로 Ti, Zr 또는 Hf을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 환원 정제된 금속의 회수방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 환원될 금속염은 ZrCl4, 환원금속염은 MgCl2, 환원금속은 Mg인 것을 특징으로 하는 환원, 정제된 금속의 회수방법.
