Claims (11)
- 상전이 온도가 0 내지 140℃의 범위이며, 동결-해빙 사이클의 반복수행시 화학성분의 분리가 일어나는 1종 이상의 수화 무기염 또는 이의 혼합물; 및 저장물질 전반에 걸쳐 미셀(micelle) 구조를 형성시켜 상기 분리를 방지하기에 충분한 양의, 양이온성 계면활성제 형태의 계면활성 중점제로 이루어진 열에너지 저장 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 계면 활성제가 다음 일반식(1)의 아민, 일반식(2)의 아민염 또는 일반식(3)의 아민의 4급 암모늄염 중의 하나인 조성물.상기식에서, R1은 직쇄이거나 측쇄일 수 있고 포화되거나 불포화될 수 있는, 약 C16이상의 지방족 그룹이며; R2및 R3는 각각 독립적으로 직쇄이거나 측쇄일 수 있고 포화되거나 불포화될 수 있고, R2및/또는 R3그룹을 더욱 친수성으로 만드는 그룹으로 치환될 수 있는 C1내지 약 C6지방족 그룹, 또는 수소이며; R4는 독립적으로, R1, R2, R3또는 R4어느것도 수소가 아닌 것을 제외하고는 상기 R2및 R3의 정의와 동일하며; X-는 무기 또는 유기염을 형성하는 음이온이고; 아민 염 및 4급 암모늄염의 R2, R3및 R4그룹은 아민의 질소원자를 포함하며 복소환식 5- 또는 6-원 고리구조를 형성할 수 있다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 계면활성제를 저장 물질의 0.05 내지 5중량%의 양으로 사용되는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수화 무기염이 반-동질용융염 수화물, 분해 용융염수화물, 분해 등형 염 수화물, 또는 과공정 또는 아공정 혼합물중의 하나인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 올레일 메틸비스(2-하이드록시에틸) 암모늄 클로라이드;에루실-비스-(2-하이드록시에틸)-메틸 암모늄 클로라이드;비스(2-하이드록시에틸)올레일아민;비스(2-하이드록시에틸)-에루실아민);비시(2-하이드록시에틸)소야아민;비스(2-하이드록시에틸) 탤로우아민; 비스(2-하이드록시에틸)옥타데실아민; C22H45(CH3)2N+CH2CH2OHBr-및 C20H41(CH3)2N+CH2CH2OHBr-중에서 1종 이상 선택된 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, X-가 Cl-또는 Br-인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 계면활성제를, 저장물질의 점도를 50%이상 증가시키기에 충분한 양으로 가하는 방법.
- 상전이 온도가 0 내지 140℃의 범위이며, 동결-해빙 사이클의 반복수행시 화학성분의 분리가 일어나는 1종 이상의 수화 무기염 또는 이의 혼합물 및 저장물질 전반에 걸쳐 미셀 구조를 형성시켜 상기 분리를 방지하기에 충분한 양의, 양이온성 계면활성제 형태의 계면활성 중점제로 이루어진 가열액체/고체 상전이 조성물로부터 물이 증발되는 것을 막기 위해 조성물을 넣어 응접밀폐시킨 캡슐화(encapsulating)기구로 이루어진 에너지 저장장치.
- 동결-해빙 사이클 반복식 화학성분이 분리되는 1종 이상의 수화 무기염 또는 이의 혼합물에, 수화염 전반에 걸쳐 미셀구조를 형성시켜 무기염 성분의 분리를 방지하기에 충분한 양의 양이온성 계면활성제 형태의 계면활성 중점제를 가하여 상전이 온도가 0 내지 140℃의 범위이 가역 액체/고체 상전이 조성물을 제조하고; 에너지 저장 장치로서 사용하기 위한 캡슐화 기구에 상전이 조성물을 도입시키고; 캡슐화기구로부터 수증기의 증발을 방지하기 위해 캡슐화기구를 용접밀폐시키는 단계로 이루어진 에너지 저장방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 캡슐화 기구로 캡슐화시키기전에 계면활성제를 수화염에 가하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 캡슐화 기구를 용접밀폐하기 전에 캡슐화 기구내의 수화염에 계면활성제를 가하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
