Claims (11)

  1. 유리판의 적어도 한면에 이 유리판의 굴절율에 가까운 굴절율을 가지고, 요철을 가진 무기물질의 층을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이용 유리판.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기물의 요철이 평균해서 깊이 0.07μm 이상 1.5μm 이하인 디스플레이용 유리판.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기물질의 굴절율이 상기 유리의 굴절율에 대해서 -0.4로부터 +0.6의 범위의 값인 디스플레이용 유리판.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 무기물질이, Si Zn, Al, In, Sn, Pb, Ti 및 Zr로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 일종의 원소의 산화물 혹은 수산화물로 이루어진 디스플레이용 유리판.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 무기물질이 SiO2인 디스플레이용 유리판.
  6. 유리판을 준비하는 공정, 물유리 또는 수용성 금속염화물이고 이들을 물에 불용화시켰을 때에, 상기 유리판의 굴절율에 가까운 굴절율을 가진 무기물질로 변화하는 물질과, 수용성 고분자 화합물과 수용액을 상기 유리판상에 도포해서 도포막으로 하는 공정과 상기 물유리 또는 수용성금속 염화물을 물에 불용인 무기물질로 변화시키는 공정과 상기 수용성 고분자 화합물을 제거하여, 상기 무기물질에 요철이 생기게 하는 공정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이용 유리판의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 물에 불용인 무기물질로 변화시키는 공정을 가열함으로써 행하는 것인 디스플레이용 유리판의 제조방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 물에 불용인 무기물질로 변화시키는 공정을 알칼리증기에 쐬임으로써, 행하는 것인 디스플레이용 유리판의 제조방법.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 물에 불용인 무기물질로 변화하는 무기물질이 물유리인 디스플레이용 유리판의 제조방법.
  10. 제6항 내지 제9항에 어느 항에 있어서, 수용성 고분자 화합물이 폴리비닐알코올인 디스플레이용 유리판의 제조방법.
  11. 제6항에 있어서, 수용성 고분자 화합물과 물유리 고형분 또는 수용성 금속염화물과의 비가 중량비로 3 : 97로부터 75 : 25의 범위인 디스플레이용 유리판의 제조방법.
