Claims (14)
- 실리케이트 나트륨 수성 용액과 알루미네이트 나트륨 수성용액을 연속적으로 주입하는데 있어서 알루미네이와 실리케이트 용액을 혼합할 때 겔화시보다 더 적게 비교반 반응기내에 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지올라이트의 수득방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비교반응기가 관상반응기인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물이 벤트리 형상의 혼합물 내에서 효과적으로 되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 혼합물이 주위온도 내지 그 이상의 온도상서 효과적이며 20내지 90℃의 온도 범위 내에 있는 레이놀드 임계수와 동일한 레이놀드수를 가지며 또한 상승 온도에서도 이 혼합물이 상승하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 직경 <10㎜인 관상 반응기에서 레이놀드수가 레이놀드 임계수의 값보다 2패지 5배인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 10㎜이상의 직경을 갖는 관상반응기에 레이톨드수의 값이 레이놀드임계수의 값보다 5내지 10배이고 1㎥/h의 내부 체적을 갖는 방법.
- 제1,3항, 4항에 있어서, 1㎥/h이상의 내부체적과 10㎜정도의 직경을 갖는 관상반응기에 레이놀드수의 값이 50,000이상인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항에 있어서, 초기의 혼합물을 겔화 상태하에서 더운 용액으로 이송하여 냉각하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항에 있어서, 일반식 1±0.2Na2O, Al2O3,1.6-2.1 SiO2, 0내지 6H2O의 지올라이트 4A를 1.3내지 1 ONa2O, 1Al2O3, 0.2내지 2SiO2, 20내지 400H2O와 연속적으로 합성함과 동시에 겔을 형성할시 과잉의 소다와 알루미늄을 갖는 중간생성물로 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항에 있어서, 일반식 1±0.2Na2O, Al2O31.6-3SiO2, 0내지 6H2O의 지올라이트 4A 및/또는 13X와 초기 생성물 1.3내지 1 ONa2O, 1Al2O3, 2내지 4SiO2, 20내지 400 H2O와 연속적으로 합성함과 동시에 겔을 형성할시 과잉의 소다와 무수규산을 갖는 중간생성물로 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 실리케이트 나트륨과 수성 알루미늄 용액을 관상반응기 내에 연속적으로 주입하고, 동시에 초기의 중간 생성물을 1.5내지 7Na2O, Al2O3, 0.5내지 2SiO2, 25내지 200H2O 20로 하고 관상반응기 내에서 혼합할시 20내지 90℃의 온도에서 30초 동안 수행하고 레이놀드수를 레이놀드수를 레이놀드 임계치보다 두배정도로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 0.5내지 5㎛ 바람직하기로는 1내지 3㎛의 입자인 결정성 지올라이트 4A제조 방법.
- 제1항내지 11항에 있어서, 초기 입자의 중간 직경이 0.1내지 10㎛이고 양이온 교환성이 무수 생성물 100㎎ CaCO3/g의 이상이고 용액의 리터당 지올라이트 표면에 일정한 관계가 있는 생성물의 량이 0.15s-1m-2및 바람직하기로는 0.25-1s-1m-2이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 수득방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 청정제의 보조제로써 이용되는 지올라이트 생성물.
- 제12항에 있어서, (가) 글로발 Na/P의 몰비가 1.64내지 1.70인 오르소포스페이트 나트륨과 디소디윰용액을 제하조고, (나) 매량의 가스상을 갖는 선풍의 배출을 형성하고, (다) 트리포스페이트를 수득하여 가스상을 통해 오르소포스페이트 용액을 열처리하고 또한 선풍의 배출에 따른 분산과 함께 이 분산대역내에 상기 (가)를 제조한 오르소포스페이트 용액을 구입하고, (라) 상기 (다)에서 수득한 생성물을 완전 열 처리로 수득되며 트리 폴리 포스페이트 나트륨과 함께 청정제의 복합 보조제로써 이용하는 지올라이트 생성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
