Claims (9)

  1. 수용성 알카리실리케이트 용액을 가하고 30° 내지 80℃에서 가열하고 이 알카리 실리케이트에 30 내지 100℃의 온도를 갖는 1ℓ당 Na2O 1 내지 200g과 1ℓ당 Al2O30.1 내지 100g을 함유하는 알카리 알루미네이트 수용액을 교반하며 가하여 반응혼합물의 혼탁점(turbidity point)에 달할때까지 10 내지 60분동안 계속 가하고 SiO2/Al2O3=2 내지 50:1, M2O/SiO2=0.2 내지 20:1 및 H2O/M2O=4 내지 300 내지 :1의 조성을 갖는 혼탁 반응혼합물에 10 내지 100℃의 온도를 갖는 1ℓ당 Al2O310 내지 200g과 1ℓ당 Na2O 10 내지 250g을 포함하는 알카리 알루미네이트 수용액을 가하고 20 내지 175°에서 적어도 15분간 수득된 합성 혼합물을 방치하므로서 결정화시키는 것을 특징으로 하여 조성이 1.0±0.2M2/nO:Al2O3:1.85±0.5SiO2YH2O와 같은 조성을 가지며 입자의 크기가 4.8마이크론을 초과하지 않으며 입자들의 중량비율이 50%이고 입도분포가
