Abstract

Procedimiento continuo para la obtención de aluminosilicatos de sodio amorfos en suspensión alcalina acuosa, finamente divididos, que presentan al menos un 99% en volumen de un tamaño de partícula inferior a 50 micras y que son susceptibles de transformarse en aluminosilicatos de sodio zeolíticos finamente divididos, por mezclado de una solución de aluminato de sodio acuosa con una solución acuosa de silicato de sodio en presencia de lejía de sosa en exceso a una temperatura comprendida entre 20 y 103ºC, presentando ambas soluciones a ser combinadas una composición total en número referida a las proporciones molares de 1,5 a 9 Na2O: 1Al2O3: 1a 7 SiO2: 40 a 400 H2O, caracterizado porque se deja fluir uno de los dos componentes de la reacción de forma continua en un tramo de mezclado que actúa escalonadamente y el segundo componente de la reacción se mezcla con el primer componente de la reacción, subdividido en tres o más corrientes parciales, cuya dosificación total está prevista por la composición total en número de ambas soluciones, introduciéndose la primera corriente parcial en la corriente del primer componente de la reacción directamente de forma continua y las restantes corrientes parciales se agregan igualmente de forma continua a la corriente de la mezcla de la reacción formada aguas abajo, respectivamente tras un tiempo medio de residencia de los componentes de la reacción en el tramo de mezcla de al menos 5 segundos.
