PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA FABRICACION DE ZEOLITAS. COMPRENDE LAS SIGUIENTES OPERACIONES: PRIMERA, SE PREPARA UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA DE ALUMINIO DE METAL ALCALINO QUE CONTIENE AL MENOS UN 50% EN PESO DE AGUA; SEGUNDA, SE PREPARA UNA SEGUNDA SOLUCION ACUOSA DE SILICATO DE METAL ALCALINO QUE CONTIENE AL MENOS UN 30% EN PESO DE AGUA; Y POR ULTIMO, SE SOMETE A LA PRIMERA DE LAS SOLUCIONES PREPARADAS A UNA CIRCULACION CONTINUA EN CIRCUITO CERRADO Y SE INTRODUCE LA SEGUNDA SOLUCION PROGRESIVAMENTE EN UNA ZONA DEL CIRCUITO EN DONDE LA SOLUCION QUE ESTA EN CIRCULACION CONTINUA ESTA ANIMADA DE UNA GRAN VELOCIDAD, DE MANERA QUE SE PROVOQUE ALLI MISMO UNA CRISTALIZACION INSTANTANEA DE ALUMINOSILICATO, SIN LA FORMACION TRANSITORIA DE GEL.
