SE PREPARA UNA SUSPENSION, ALCALINA ACUOSA DE ALUMINOSILICATO SODICO, AMORFO A LOS RAYOS X, CON UNAS RELACIONES MOLARES DE SUS COMPONENTES: 1''5-5 NA2O:1 AL2O3: 1-4 SIO2: 40-400 H2O. SE CALIENTA LA SUSPENSION POR INSUFLADO DE VAPOR DE AGUA A LA TEMPERATURA DE CRISTALIZACION. SE HACE FLUIR LA SUPENSION CONTINUAMENTE POR UN REACTOR DE CRISTALIZACION CON AL MENOS 20 ETAPAS. SE MANTIENE LA SUSPENSION A UNA TEMPERATURA DE 80-100 GC HASTA QUE CRISTALICE AL MENOS UN 80 POR 100 Y SE HACE SALIR CONTINUAMENTE POR EL EXTREMO OPUESTO AL QUE HA ENTRADO AL REACTOR.
