Claims (10)

  1. Al2O31ℓ당 0.1 내지 100g, Na2O 1ℓ당 1 내지 200g이 함유된 50 내지 90℃의 온도인 알카리알루미네이트 수용액에 SiO2/Al2O3=2 내지 50:1, Na2O/SiO2=0.2 내지 20:1 및 H2O/Na2O=4 내지 300:1의 조성을 가지고 있는 반응혼합물 즉 알카리실리케이트용액을 교반하면서 가해주고, Al2O31ℓ당 10 내지 200g, Na2O 1ℓ당 10 내지 250g 이 함유된 10 내지 100℃의 온도인 알카리알루미네이트수용액을 교반하면서 2단계로 가해주고 여기에서 얻은 합성혼합물을 온도 20 내지 175℃ 이내의 온도에서 최소한 15분간 결정화시킴을 특징으로 하여 조성이 1.0±0.2 M2/nO:Al2O3:1.85±0.5 SiO2ㆍyH2O와 같은 조성을 가지며 다음과 같은 입자 스펙트럼을 가진 A(V)타입의 결정성 지올라이트분말을 제조하는 방법.

  4. ″ 10 ″ 80 내지 99중량%
  5. ″ 15 ″ 92 내지 100중량%
