Claims (2)

  1. 원료미를 찌거나, 끓이거나, 또는 밥을 지어 가공처리하여, 수분 12%-13%의 숙성미로 하여서, 이것을 5배-7배의 α-화 팽화미로 하고, 그 팽화미에 α-화, 떡의 과립을 적당분량 혼입하여서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 즉석 죽과 그 제조방법.
  2. 원료미를 상온물에 침지하고 그 후, 포화된 수분잔량을 제거하여 제1회 물처리가공을 하고, 다음에 쌀을 찌는 처리가공을 하여 제1회 α-화 처리가공을 실시하고, 재차로 제2회의 물처리가공과 제2회째의 α-화 처리가공을 하고, 제3회째의 물처리가공을 하여 중간처리미로 하고, 이 중간처리미를 열풍건조처리 가공한후 적당한 분량을 주머니등에 수납하여 숙성처리 가공하고, 그후 가열등에 의하여 팽화처리 가공하여 팽화미를 정제하고, 여기에 점착보조품을 혼입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 즉석 죽과 그 제조방법.
