Claims (2)

  1. 껍질을 제거한 생밤을 스팀으로 자숙하여 진공도 200-300Torr로 진공냉동건조하고, 55-60% 고농도 당액에 침지후 열풍건조를 거쳐 최종적으로 전자렌지로 건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 밤을 원료로한 당과의 제조방법.
