제1도는 먼지가 실린 공기쪽에서 실행되는 분사노즐과, 작동시 먼지가 실린 공기쪽 위의 호스외면에 부딪치도록 된 휠터호스가 달려있는 가스휠터의 종단면도. 제2도는 제1도에서 선 Ⅱ-Ⅱ를 지나는 단면도.
제3도는 마주하고 있는 면에 수직으로 설치된 분사노즐의 장치에 의하여 세척되는 작동시 먼지가 실린 공기에 부딪치도록 된 휠터호스가 있는 가스휠터의 종단면도.

Claims (7)

  1. 휠터재(2)의 세척을 위한 방법으로 더욱 상세하게는 가스휠터(1)의 휠터호스 또는 포켓(pocket)이 휠터(1)로부터 제거됨이 없이, 휠터재(2)가 분사노즐(10)으로부터 먼지가 실린 공기쪽으로 향하도록 세척액체의 분사(11, 12)에 의하여 일시에 주변이 세척되고, 세척액체의 분사는 분사노즐(14)로부터 정화된 공기쪽에서 휠터제를 통과하도록 사출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휠터재(2)의 세척방법.
  2. 제1항의 방법에 있어서, 먼지가 실린 공기쪽에서 세척액체가 먼지가 실린 공기파이프(4)의 방면으로 충분히 분사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항과 제2항의 방법에 있어서, 세척중의 분사노즐(10, 14)는 휠터표면에 대하여 수평으로 움직이는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항과 제3항의 하나 또는 그 이상의 방법에 있어서, 공기정화장치가 세척중에 연결되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항과 제4항의 하나 또는 그 이상의 방법에 있어서, 세척액체가 휠터재(2) 위로 분사되어지기 전에 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 열지은 원주로 배열된 휠터재(2)의 다수를 이루고 있는 가스휠터(1)에 있어서, 먼지가 실린 공기쪽에서 근접한 열지은 원주사이의 공간으로 향하도록 각 열지은 원주마다 구성되어 있는 하나의 분사노즐(10)이 모든 열지은 원주에 관련된 첫번째 세척액체파이프(9)에 의하여 특징되어지고, 정화된 공기쪽으로부터 각 휠터재(2) 안으로 향한 열지은 원주마다 하나의 분사노즐(14)이 구성되어 있는 모든 열지은 원주에 관련된 두번째 세척액체파이프(13)에 의하여 특징되어지는 청구범위 제1항에서 제5항까지의 하나 또는 그 이상의 청구된 방법의 실행을 위한 장치.
  7. 제6항의 장치에 있어서, 세척액체파이프(9, 13)이 각개의 휠타재(2)에 대해 세로방향으로 이동할 수 있도록 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
