Claims (3)

1) 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물을 촉매 수소화 반응시켜 그에 상응하는 아닐린 유도체를 생성하고 2) 산성 매질에서 아질산 나트륨을 상기 아닐린 유도체에 첨가시켜 그에 상응하는 디아조늄 화합물을 형성하고 3) 상기디아조늄 화합물을 시안화 제일구리와 반응시켜 벤조니트릴로 변환시키고, 4) 생성된 벤조니트릴을 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물로 변환시키고,5) 필요하다면, 상기 생성 화합물을 약학적으로 수용 가능한 염으로 변환시킴을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)에 상응하는 벤즈아미딘 유도체 및 그의 약학적으로 수용 가능한 염의 제조방법.
식중, A는 3 내지 9탄소원자를 함유하는 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬이고, X는 산소원자 또는 직접결합(X가 직접 결합이며, 벤즈아미딘은 알카놀기의 파라 위치에 존재한다)이다.
제1항에 있어서, X는 직접 결합이고, A-OH는 -(CH2)3OH;-(CH2)2-CHOH-CH3;-C(C3H7)2CH2OH;-(CH2)4OH;-(CH2)5OH;CH2-CH(OH)nC3H7및 -C(CH3)|2CH2OH의 기들중에서 선택된 기인 방법.
제1항에 있어서, X는 산소이고, A-OH는 -(CH2)3OH;-(CH2)4OH 및 -C(CH2)5OH의 기중에서 선택된 기인 방법.
