Claims (14)
- 중합 및/또는 중축합 반응의 효과에 따라 경화능력이 있는 교결제를 함유하고 무기섬유질로된 물질을 열처리하는 공정에 있어서, 상기 교결제는 수성용해제의 형태로 제공되어 있으며, 상기 물질은 극초단파 방사선장에 지배되며, 상기 물질의 수분함유량과 방사선장 강도는 적절한 수준으로 조정되어 물질내에서 상기 반응을 분출하는데 요구되는 최소온도에서 물질을 가열하는데 이용되며, 적어도 상기 최소온도에서 가열된 유동가스는 상기 물질의 표면에 사출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에있어서, 30㎏/㎤ 내지 150㎏/㎤의 범위에서 단위부피당 질량을 가지는 무기섬유질로된 제품의 수분함유량은 0.7 내지 5㎏/㎥의 수치에서 1 내지 3㎏/㎥의 양호한 수치로 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 전항중 한항에 있어서, 무기섬유질로된 물질의 교결제 함유량은 상기 물질의 질량에 대해 1 내지 2%에 속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 전항중 한항에 있어서, 상기 물질의 단독 대상물에 공정을 적용하기 위해 상기 대상물은 방사선장에서 교체되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 교체는 방사선 전파방향에 대해 수직으로 놓인 평면에서 이동되며 동시에 상기 방향과 같이 90˚의 각도를 형성하는 회전축에서 대상물 자체를 양호하게 회전시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제2항 내지 5항중 한항에 있어서, 처리해야할 물질에 적용되는 초단파 에너지는 적어도 0.1kwh/㎏에 속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항 내지 6항중 한항에 있어서, 처리해야 할 물질에서 사출된 가열유동가스는 투입된 초단판 에너지중 1/2 내지 1/4에 속하는 부속공급 에너지를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항 내지 7항중 한항에 있어서, 처리해야 할 제품에 적용되는 초단파 전력은 질량에 대해 수분함유량을 2%로 하기 위해 적어도 2kw/㎏에 속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 중합 및/또는 중축합 반응에 의해 경화능력이 있으며 물에 용해되는 교결제를 함유하는 무기섬유질로된 제품을 열처리하는 장치에 있어서, 금속용기를 통해 제품을 운반하고 단독대상물(7)을 처리할 목적으로 초단파방향과 같이 제로각도에 비해 양호한 90˚의 각도를 형성하는 축에서 상기 대상물 자체를 회전시키는 수단(4,8)을 구비하는 컨베이어 장치(4)를 설치한 초단파에 침투되지 않는 금속용기(1)와, 제품을 향하는 적어도 1개의 극초단파 방사선원(11)과, 제품의 표면을 향하는 과열가스원(9a 내지 9d)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열처리 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 가스에 의해 공급된 전력은 초단파 전력의 1/4 내지 1/2에 속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열처리 장치.
- 제9항 및 10항중 한항에 있어서, 덮여있는 영역내에서 처리해야할 물질의 출현을 탐지하기 위해 탐지기에 의해 제어되는 다수의 초단파 발생기(11)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열처리 장치.
- 제9항 내지 11항중 한항에 있어서, 회전하는 원통형 대상물을 처리하기 위해 컨베이어 장치와 회전용 수단은 지지테이블과 지지대에서 원통형 대상물을 굴리는 작용을 하는 푸싱장치를 결합상태로 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열처리 장치.
- 제9항 내지 11항중 한항에 있어서, 회전하는 원통형 대상물을 처리하기 위해 컨베이어 장치와 회전용 수단은 대상물이 놓일때 서로 대상물에 접촉하게 되는 이동식벨트(4)와 천종 또는 고정평판(8)을 결합상태로 구비하며, 벨트(4)의 교체는 벨트의 절반속도로 대상물(7)을 교체하며 대상물을 회전시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 열처리 장치.
- 제9항 내지 13항중 한항에 있어서, 2%의 수분함유량을 가진 제품의 ㎏당 적어도 2kw 초단파의 전력을 상기 제품을 향하는 방향으로 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열처리 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
