Claims (14)

  1. 클로딩재를 위한 톱 클로스, 또는 이들 재를 위한 라이닝등의 유연성 평활재의 보강방법으로서, 수용성 그물상 결합 가능한 현탁 페이스트를 사용한 요판공정에 의해 평활재의 한 면에 프린팅 하는 것, 상기페이스트에 부착된 플록, 바람직하기는 섬유질의 플록으로 정전기 적으로 평활재 플록킹하는 것, 열응고 /및 또는 선건조에 의해 페이스트를 선안정화시키는 것 및 그 다음에 축합 반응이 상기 페이스트에서 일어나도록 하며, 이 반응을 a)흡입되는 공기를 근본적으로 제거하고, b)가압하(상기 평활재에 가헤짐) 및 c)온도범위 90~175°C에서 수행하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 축합반응이 완전히 수행되는 것.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 축합반응이 전체 공기를 제거하고 실시하는 방법.
  4. 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 압력이 5~500p/㎠의 범위, 바람직하기는 10~150p/㎠인 방법.
  5. 제1~4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 축합반응이 온도 110~155°C의 범위에서 실시하는 방법.
  6. 제1~5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 평활재를 둘러싼 평면 또는 아치형 커버 사이에서 압력이 가해지는 방법.
  7. 제1~6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 축합반응이 환원 분위기 하에서 실시되는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 사용된 현탁 페이스트의 분해 또는 분리 생성물의 방출에 의해 환원분위기가 형성되는 방법.
  9. 제1~8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 축합반응이 1~60분간 실시되는 방법.
  10. 제1~9항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 예를 들면 연속고착 압착기 등의 가열된 챔버에서 축합반응이 유효하게되는 방법.
  11. 제1~10항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 축합반응을 위해서 평활재가 공기 및 습기가 통과할 수 없는 접촉압력으로 둘러싸인 벨트 사이로 이송되며, 상기 벨트가 패스트 히터(past heater)장치에 의한 장력하에서 이송되는 방법.
  12. 제1~11항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 평활재가 회전드럼 주위로 이송되며, 상기 드럼 주위에 팽팽하게 최소한 부분적으로 둘러 싸여진 벨트에 의해 드럼 표면에 압착되는 방법.
  13. 제1~12항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 선안정화된 플록된 톱 클로스 컷의 축합반응이 그들 위에 놓여진 막형 섬유 접착제 층을 가진 고착 라이닝 컷에 의해 수행된 후, 압착을 수행하는 방법.
  14. 첨부된 도면에 따라, 본 명세서에 전술된 바와 근본적으로 같은 유연성 재의 보강방법.
