Claims (19)

  1. (a) 그 내부에 불포화기를 함유하는 경화된 고무기질; (b) 상기 기질에 결합된 처리제; 여기서 상기 처리체는 N-할로히단토인, N-할로아미드, N-할로아미드 및 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된다. (c) 상기 치리제상에 존재하는 폴리이소시아네이트층; 여기서 상기한 폴리이소시아네이트는 구조식 R(N=C=X)n의 화합물로서 여기서 R은 C2-20의 알킬, C4-20의 사이클로알킬, C6-20의 방향족 또는 알킬치환 방향족이며, n은 2또는 3이며 X는 산소 또는 및 유황이다; 및 주위온도에서 상기 플리이소시아네이트층에 결합되는 아민 경화성 중합체 또는 프리폴리머로 구성된 결합되어 있는 아민 경화성 중합체 또는 프리폴리머를 함유한 고무기질.
  2. 제1항에 있어시 상기한 기질이 (a) C4-12의 공액디엔, 그의 중합체 및 그의 인터폴리머 (b) 천연고무, (c) C8-15의 비닐치환방향족 화합물과 C4-12의 공액디엔 화합물로 부터 제조된 공중합체, (d) 이소부틸렌 및 이소프렌 단량체로 부터 제조된 탄성중합체, (e) 부타디엔과 아크릴로니트릴의 단량체로 부터 제조된 탄성중합체, (f) 클로로프렌의 단량체로 부터 제조된 탄성중합체 및 (g) 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 단량체로 부터 제조되며; 상기한 아민경화성중합체 또는 프리폴리머가 (a) 에폭시수지, (b) 할로겐함유탄화수소중합체, (c) 클로로설폰화 중합체, (d)같은 산할라이드기나과 같은 할로포르메이트기를 함유하는 중합체, (e) 디아민과의 반응에 의해 아미드-산결합을 만들어내는 무수물기를 함유하는 중합체, (f) 유기폴리실옥산, (g) 우레탄 중합체 또는 프리폴리머 및 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되는 거기 결합된 아민경화성중합체 또는 프리폴리머를 함유하는 고무기질.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 아민경화성중합체 또는 프리폴리머가 상기한 우레탄중합체 또는 프리폴리머이며 상기한 폴리이소시아네이트에서 n이 2이며 X가 산소인 고무기질.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 처리제가 1,3-디클로로-5,5-디메틸히단토인; 1,3-디브로모-5,5-디메틸히단토인; 1,3-디클로로-5-메틸-5-이소부틸히단토인; 1,3-디클로로-5-메틸-5-헥시히단토인; N-브로모아세트아미드; 테트라클로로글리콜우릴: 및 N-브로모석신이미드로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되는 고무기질.
  5. 제3항에 있이서, 상기한 처리제가 모노클로로이소시안우르산, 더클로로이소시안우르산, 트리클로로이소시안우르산 및 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되는 고무기질.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기한 폴리이소시아네이트가 톨루엔 고무기질.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기한 고무기질이 폴리부타디엔, 천연 및 합성 시스-1,4-폴리이소프렌 및 스티렌-부타디엔고무로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되는 고무기질.
  8. 제7항이 있어서, 상기한 고무기질이 그 안이 구멍을 가지고 있는 타이어 형태의 것이며 상기한 처리제, 상기한 폴리이소시아네이트 및 상기한 아민 경화성 중합체 또는 프리폴리머를 상기한 구멍이 메워넣은 고무기질.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기한 고무기질이 그 내부에 구멍을 가지고 있는 호스 또는 벨트형태의 것이며, 상기한 처리제, 상기한 폴리이소시아네이트 및 상기한 아민 경화성 중합체 또는 프리폴리머를 상기한 구멍이 메워넣은 고무기질.
  10. 상기 고무 기질에 처리제를 적용하고, 여기서 처리제는 N-할로히단토인, N-할로아미드, N-할로이미드 및 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되며; 상기 처리제에 폴리이소시아네이트를 적용하고 여기서 폴리이소시아네이트는 구조식 R(N=C=X)n 의 화합물로서 R은 C2-20의 알콕, C4-20의 사이클로알킬, C6-20의 방향족 또는 알킬치환 방향족이며, n은 2 또는 3이며 X는 산소 또는 유황이며; 상기 고무기질에 주위온도에서 경화하는 아민경화성 중합체나 프러폴리머 시스템을 적용한 후; 상기 아민 경화성 중합체 또는 프리폴리머를 주위온도에서 경화하는 것으로 구성된 그 내부에 불포화기를 가진 경화된 고무기질에 아민 경화성 중합체 또는 프리몰리머를 적용하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기한 고무기질이 (a) C4-12의 공액디엔, 그의 공중합체 및 그의 인터폴리머 (b) 천연고무, (c) C8-15의 비닐치환방향족 화합물과 C4-12의 공액디엔 화합물로 부터 제조된 공중합체, (d) 이소부틸렌과 이소프렌 단량체로 부터 제조된 탄성중합체, (e) 부타디엔과 아크릴로니트릴의 단량체로 부터 제조된 탄성중합체, (f) 클로로프렌의 단량체로 부터 제조된 탄성중합체 및 (g) 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 단량체로 부터 제조되며, 상기한 아민 경화성중합체 또는 프리폴리머 시스템이 아민 경화성 중합체 또는 프리폴리머, 아민경화제, 극성용매로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되며; 상기한 극성용매가, (a) 쌍극모멘트가 0.4데바이를 넘으며 화합물내 함유된 극성기 당 CH3-CH2또는 3급 탄소라디칼이 총 8개 이하인 화합물 및 (b) 벤젠 및 비페닐로 부터 선택되며; 상기한 아민 경화성 중합체 또는 프리폴리머가, (a) 에폭시수지, (b) 할로겐 함유 탄화수소중합체, (c) 클로로설폰화중합체, (d)같은 산할라이드기나같은 할로포르메이트기를 함유하는 중합체, (e) 디아민과 반응하여 아미드-산 결합을 형성하는 무수물기를 함유하는 중합체, (f) 유기폴리실옥산, (g) 우레탄 중합체 또는 프리폴리머 및 그의 혼합물로 부터 선택되는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 아민 경화성 중합체 또는 프리폴리머를 액체 형태로 적용하는 것이 포함된 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기한 아민경화성 중합체 또는 프러폴리머가 상기한 우레탄중합체 또는 프리폴리머이며 상기 폴리이소시아네이트 구조에서 n이 2이고, X가 산소인 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 처리제가 1,3-디클로로-5,5-디메틸히단토인; 1,3-디브로모-5,5-디메틸히단토인; 1,3-디클로로-5-메틸-5-이소부틸히단토인; 1,3-디클로로-5-메틸-5-헥실히단토인; N-브로모아세트아미드; 테트라클로로글리콜우릴 및 N-브로모석신이미드로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되며; 상기한 극성 용매가 상기한 프리폴리머 또는 중합체 100부당 약 2∼40부 범위로서 에스테르, 케톤, 에테르, 할로겐화탄화수소, 3급 아민, 니트릴파라핀, 완전히 치환된 아미드, 설폰, 설폭사이드 및 설파이드로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되는 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기한 처리제가 모노클로로이소시안 우르산, 디클로로이소시안우르산, 트리클로로이소시안우르산 및 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되며 경화중 상기 아민 경화성 중합체 또는 프리폴리머를 피복하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 폴리이소시아네이트가 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트인 방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기한 고무기질이 폴리부타디엔, 천연 및 합성 시스-1,4-폴리이소프렌 및 스티렌-부타디엔 고무로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되며, 상기한 극성용매가 디메틸포름아미드, 테트라하이드로푸란, 사이클로헥산은, 초산에틸, 메틸에틸케톤 및 아세톤으로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되며, 상기한 아민 경화제가 (a) 4,4'-메틸렌비스(2-클로로아닐린), (b) 4,4-메틸텐디아닐린과 염의 착화합물로 구성된 군으로부다 선택되며, 여기서 상기한 염은 염화나트륨, 브롬화나트륨, 요드화나트륨, 염화칼륨, 브롬화칼륨, 요드화칼륨, 염화세시움, 브롬화세시움, 요드화세시움으로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되며 상기한 착화합물에서 상기한 염에 대한 상기한 디아닐린 또는 상기한 부탄의 비는 l몰, 3몰이며 상기 프리폴리머 또는 중합체를 기준으로 한 경화제의 당량이 약 0.85-1.05당량범위인 방법.
  18. 제l6항에 있어서, 상기간 고무기질이 그 내부에 구멍을 가진 타이어이며 상기 타이어이며를 수리하는 것을 포함한 방법.
  19. 제16항에 있어서, 상기한 고모기질이 그 내부에 구멍을 가진 호스나 벨트로서 상기 벨트 또는 호스를 수리하는 것을 포함한 방법.
